I left for a trip to Italy the day after the purchase they are very uncomfortable!

The navy blue is so dark that when placed next to my black Allbirds you can barely see any difference in color. I know that blues are hard to figure out but a 'brighter' more blue shoe would be great. Old Navy has a nice knock off that is a truer blue.

Hurts my feet at the toes

Don't look as good.. got dirty so quickly and retains so much dust. I bought a half size bigger than my usual size but still they are very snug.

I received my very first Allbirds lace up shoes, size 6, as a gift but they didn't fit well and the laces were too short to tie. Exchanged them for the slip-on because that's the style I like, but size 6 1/2 fit in the width but my heels keep slipping out and size 6 are too narrow in the toes. I wish you made them for wider feet because I really wanted to like them. These are going to end up in the box forever, never meeting the pavement outside

I purchased these shoes to use on long walks in the city. They had little if any support and my feet were in pain by the end of an hour. Fortunately, allbirds has an quick and easy return policy. I haven't given up on their shoes but may need to try a sneaker next time.

These shoes squeak!! I have 6 other pairs of Allbirds, 3 of them this style. Both shoes squeak and I don't like it!

I was pretty excited to try Allbirds, but when I got my pair, they were far too narrow for my feet. I wish that shoe companies would consider that some people might appreciate a wide version of these eco-friendly fun shoes!

Really tight across the top of the foot. Couldn't even walk in the house with them they were so tight.

This was a gift for my daughter; she has other colors in this shoe and likes them.This navy is described as 'night' which should have been my clue, but the photo showed it lighter than the reality. For her, it is too dark and looks black. She will exchange it.

Sadly, love how these look, but the fit is off . The sole was very narrow and the shoes would not stay on my feet when I went for a walk.

Shoe had no structure or support.

Both pairs of Allbirds ordered on line are very disappointing. Hoped to use them for short stops, but were too painful to use them for that.

The shoe is very big, more length than width but too big both ways.

Too tight in front of shoe. Not impressed.

Would not buy these again. Very thin at toe.

Not what was expected

I love how they look but they really hurt my feet!

These shoes ran big, so a 7 fit my foot. The shoes were very flat with no arch support. They caused my feet to cramp within the shoe.

Too small and they hurt my big toes

I bought multiple pairs of your flats for years and loved them. After the recent redesign, I tried on multiple sizes and the flats no longer fit my feet. I don't know what changed, but I do miss the old design and would be willing to buy again if it were to be brought back.

Had to give them away

These are too small even though I ordered a half size bigger. I've tried wearing them many times and each time got terrible blisters.
