Both shoes I bought from you rub the back of my heel raw

Thanks. Comfortable for a flat shoe. I feel like the back hugs my heel welll.

They are very comfortable but I dont love how my feet look in them - I dont hate the look, I just dont love. Somehow my foot looks wider than they typically do.

I take my shoes seriously because depending on the comforts of my shoes, my days can be affected. I was pleasantly surprised to find this shoes comfortable and giving the support I need given my flat feet. Iven wearing almost all day for two days last two weeks and so far, Im very happy with the shoes! I highly recommend this shoes!

These are great for people with hard to fit feet. My feet are very narrow but I have bunions. These shoes don't cut into the bunions like most flats. I think they run a tad short. I normally wear a women's size 9 1/2, but the size 10 was perfect.

I have very complicated feet and this shoe is very comfortable but has a sturdy footbed that offers enough support. Love the wide width for my bunions. Im going to buy in 3 more colors.

Ive been looking forever for ballet flats I could wear all day without getting blisters. These are perfect right out of the box. I love wearing them and will definitely buy more colors.

These look really great, the fabric stretches in a good way, theyre breathable and so soft. I didnt wear liners with them once and I had horrific blisters after a full day on my feet but with tights or liners, they are great. I can wear them all day and my feet never hurt.

So so so comfortable!!!! Love these!

I have been hearing about Allbirds for a while now. At least a year, but probably longer. I saw the ads on Facebook many, many times. I had been looking for a pair of navy flats and couldn't find any at DSW or similar stores that I liked enough to buy. Finally, I broke down and spent the money for some Allbirds. They're fantastic! I usually wear a 7.5 or 8, depending on the shoe. I ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly. They're cute, comfortable and have now become my favorite pair of shoes. I love them so much, I bought a black pair soon after, and I'm sure those won't be my last. Good job, Allbirds. You've really given me something wonderful to "tweet" about!

The first time I put these on I swore I was putting on slippers. The wool insoles are super cozy and cooshy. My heal does slide around a little in it and I was initially concerned that with as fitted and high as the heal is that this would caus rubbing or blisters, but so far so good!

I really dont like them at all. They are so incredibly narrow and run about a size small. Very painful

I love how these shoes are cute but still comfortable enough to wear all day at work. They are a little darker than I expected - wish they came in a lighter blue as well!

These are cute. Just not actually wide. Had to return. Boo.

I wanted to love them but I cant. The fabric is so tight across the big toe nail that it hurts after only a short period of wear. Both my daughter and I had that same experience with the shoe, and we have different shaped feet (but same size). Theyre being returned.

They feel almost like you aren't wearing anything, they are ridiculously comfy and stylish as well. They go great with jeans or nice slacks. Great purchase!

Upper comfortable, breathable, but the sole was as thin as a slipper. Returned. Wear an 8, ordered 8.5 per Chat advice.

Third pair. Though appearance is that of very average ballet flats, they are soooo comfortable. The inserts provide such cushion and support for this type of shoe. Can wear them all day long at work without hurting.
