I was looking for a super-comfy yet still good-looking black flat (after having my heel torn up after a day of walking in the ones I usually wear). These are definitely softer, but they are so tiny and unstructured that they came right off my feet as I was walking. They don't come up very far on the foot, anywhere--toe, heel, or sides--so it's hard for them to stay on. The insole was cushiony, but I need something that will stay on better. I felt like the minute I wore them outside, I'd walk right out of them. So they are going back for most likely a Born pair, as that is the brand I have the best luck with in leather shoes.

I absolutely love this show but the insoles lasted a week. Other than that it's perfect but for the price it should be made a little bit better.

They are super comfy. So comfy that I think they will wear out faster than a typical shoe. But the comfort is worth it.

I'm sure you know how many pair of shoes I send back because they are too wide for my narrow foot. If you have a wide foot, I would not recommend these. I am so pleased to finally find something that fits me. Wish you carried all of the colors but guess I'll have to go to the Allbirds site for those. Thanks for finally carrying Allbirds!

OMG these felt SOOOOO good putting on my sore old feet. Like slippers with a little support! Wear them everywhere!

I want to love these but they are just too narrow and my toes hit the end in my normal size. The style is cute but almost too much like a slipper in style for me.

Liked the shoe but it felt a bit short.

So comfortable. I usually wear a 9, but I have a bunion. I followed the other advice and ordered a half size up. I’m buying another pair.

I absolutely love this shoe- it's so comfortable and light feeling on my foot. It would go great with a skirt as well as with jeans.

These give more support than they appear to, in the photos. Pleasantly surprised! Wouldn't wear them on a long city walk, but padded and comfortable enough to wear as a little day shoe for a few hours.

Much more comfortable than expected. They have a nice cushion. True to size

The fit is perfect, the comfort amazing, the fabric is soft and not tight or pinching in any area. I'm planning on ordering another pair of Allbirds. These are great shoes.
