My favorite sneakers ever! So breathable and comfortable.

I still have a pair of the original wool runners for women (vintage 2018, but sadly my feet have grown out of them), so was happy to see the Women's Wool Runner 2 with a wider toe box and greatly improved, highly cushioned sole. I've just started to wear them for everyday walking around town and the house...but looking forward to walking the neighborhood soon! As with all my Allbirds, there's been no break-in period, and the fit and comfort of the Runner 2 are better than ever. So far, so good. I am also glad they come in half-sizes...got the 8.5. (your 'size purchased' options only list whole sizes)

Most comfortable shoe

This is my second pair of these, I absolutely LOVE how they feel, how they fit my foot -- except I cut off the top of the heel. Sad to say that I ruin the look of the shoe, but it hits right at a tender spot on my heel and rubs. Despite that, I buy these, again! I have a pair of these Allbirds that I wear only around the house and the other pair is my alternate walking shoe (2.5 miles) (my other walking shoe is Asics Gel Venture). These shoes are so supportive for a lightweight shoe. I have a medium high arch and for the around the house pair, I wear them with the Allbird insole. For the pair I wear for walking, I change out the insole for Dr. Scholl's runner's (plantar fasciitis). Summer temperatures are hot where I live, but my feet are fine in these despite them being wool. The toe box is wonderful, just the right amount of room without too much movement. I will keep buying these, and cutting off the back -- I'm addicted to the comfort. I look forward to putting these on in the morning, that's how comfy they are.

This shoe offers comfort and the brand is always reliable in fit. I own several pairs and will continue to purchase Allbirds in the future. I also like that they are water resistant. These shoes are for my daughter to change into at her wedding!

They are soooo comfortable!

Didn't fit as nice as expected based on others reviews. Irritated my heel but didn't give me blisters. Average in comfort. Wouldn't buy again.

Nice shoes. One of the heels digs into my heel which is surprising. I'm working to straighten it out and I think it's improving.

I wear Allbirds almost every work day, so Im definitely a fan. But I really really dont like the new fit of the runner go. Not only does it fit a whole entire size larger than the old wool runners, leading to a lot of confusion and returns on my part, but even when I finally got the right size I still dont like it. The heel is much higher compared to the toe, which feels much less comfortable to me and is also causing my heels to slip out when I walk. Its no good at all, I guess I have to stick to the old fit in the limited colors now offered.

After multiple wears, still trying to break them in and get the more comfortable sock feeling.

I love my wool shoes

I love my shoes! They provide more support than expected and are really comfortable. I wore them to Disneyland and my feet felt fine after 2 days of walking.

These shoes are really cute, and I love the support, but the toe box is less roomy than the Wool Runner.

I recently purchased these shoes and, overall, they are quite comfortable. The cushioning provides great support, and the outsole has excellent grip, making them ideal for long walks or casual wear. Even after adjusting the laces, theres still some pressure, which might be uncomfortable for people with higher arches. Its not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you prefer a more forgiving fit in that area. If you have a lower instep or dont mind a snug fit, these shoes should work well. Otherwise, consider trying them on first to ensure they provide the right level of comfort for you.
