first time I have been disappointed in zappos. We ordered both an 8.5 and 9 in mens sizes and the 8.5 was noticable bigger than the 9. Doesn't make sense and the sizes were marked on the shoe. These shoes run large. My daughter got the womens 10.5 in the last model and that same size for the 3 is WAY too big, I'd say a full size. Maybe because they are considered a unisex shoe? disappointed we had to go with a shoe that was a little too big because she ripped out her old pair and we didn't have time to order another size.

I purchased theses shoes and they are so uncomfortable and called customer service and asked if they could do anything for me and said sorry you wore them already for 2 hours . do yourself a favor and get Adidas . I will never buy from Mizuno again.
