clearly ZAPPOS sold me a used pair of shoes. at FULL PRICE. why don't yall check the box before restocking and resending? this infuriates me !! i have to sanitize these and keep them or send them back. this isn't the first time !!

it's sad that ZAPPOS has a return policy that states the item must be returned in new unused condition. however, HOW am i supposed to return a product that yall never checked in properly on it's LAST RETURN ?!?! yall sent me a used pair of shoes !! so i will be returning them the way that yall sent them to me !!! unbelievable !!! this is just NOT ACCEPTABLE. $100 for used shoes.

I love these shoes! My usual size is an 8, and I first ordered these in an 8. They were too short in the toe and overall felt snug. I returned them and ordered an 8.5. I was concerned they’d be too wide, but they fit perfectly. I can be on my feet all day wearing these.

Oh boy, I am so happy with these! I didn't know this brand until a friend told me about it, and I'm so glad I found the Liber8s. I have a wide foot, so normally I don't even consider a shoe unless it comes in wide, but I studied the photos and reviews and thought it looked like it had a generous toe box, and it does (that's why I checked 'felt wider than marked'). I think if your foot is narrow you'll still like them; it's just a bit more forgiving in the toe box, not wide all over. Normally I take a 9w and ordered these in a 9 and 9.5 – the 9 fit but I want to wear thicker socks in winter with them, so ended up sticking with the 9.5. I've been wearing them all day for a few days, and they are so comfortable. Great support, sturdy but flexible sole, doesn't slip in the heel, perfect fit, cute, not chunky. The insole that comes with it is great; no need to add a replacement, as I often do (but it is removable, so you could). And, drum roll, water resistant! The perfect sneaker for traipsing all over Europe (and home).

shoe just felt too heavy on my feet

I really wanted to love this shoe. The wide toe box was just what I was looking for and the shoe was attractive. What I didn't love (and ultimately returned the shoe because of) was that it was very heavy, and rather stiff. Too bad, it is a very nice shoe otherwise.

The shoe was too short. Back was too high. Style was ok
