True to size and width for Naots. I always have to size up from my usual 38 to 39. Arch support and quality are top notch. Boot is so versatile and beautiful. Perfect heel height and shaft height. Timeless design. The flaw for me was the piping they put around the top of the shaft. It cut into my leg with every step and the shaft was not tight on my leg. There was at least an inch of space all around. The problem is that the piping is not flexible or soft. I hated to return these otherwise perfect boots.

This is a beautiful, comfortable boot, but just a little too high on the ankle. They felt great at first, but I could tell that they wouldn't work for long walks without irritation on my ankles. I am so grateful for Zappo's return policy which makes it possible to try on shoes just like in-store shopping.

These are so comfortable. I’ve worn them everyday about since I got them. I love them. Wish there was a brown in all leather and other colors in leather not suede. I find these a great, well made shoe. I have one issue, the left zipper goes down a little while wearing. Not sure if it’s how I walk or something wrong with the zipper. Love them still. Wear with black leggings and thin socks.

Ordered 4 different pairs of boots and these were the winners. So comfortable! Beautiful!

This is a nice looking bootie. Unfortunately, I bought these to wear on a trip to a rainy environment and the sole is plastic. I think they will slide on cobble stone streets. otherwise I'd recommend them.

Really nicely made boot. Comfortable, classy-looking. Not super supportive, but you can add an orthotic insole on top of or in place of removable insole. The ankle is close-fitting (good) and stiff (concerning). I am returning because I am worried it will irritate my ankle and leg.

I was expecting these boots to have the same level of cushioning & arch support as my other Naot sandals & sneakers but I found them lacking in these areas. I can't justify spending this much money an a subpar pair of boots & will return them. They were very narrow in the toe box, too, and my big toes rubbed against the stitching/seam of the boot. I will say, the piping around the ankle did NOT bother me at all, as some reviewers have stated.

loved the shoe but just too tight. i have bunions. and just a tad bit too short.

These were a disappointment. Eat too tight and not good looking in person.

Too small

I have several Naot shoes and boots and always so comfortable for travel or if you’re on your feet all day. Expensive but worth it!

Nice boot, might return because of cost.

These Naot boots were beautiful and well made. I loved them until I took a walk around the room. The height of the front of the boot and lack of "give" hit the front of my leg with every step. Even if they were broken in a bit, comfortable walking would not have been possible for me in these otherwise perfect boots. They're going back, sadly.
