The shoe looked cheap and I love Naot, so very disappointed. Also, definitely a full size too large.

THIS IS A GORGEOUS BLACK PATENT LEATHER CHUNK- HEEL SHOE. IT IS SLIGHTLY TOO BIG IN PLACES. I FEAR THE VELCRO CLOSURE. I WILL HOPE TO FIND ANOTHER IN A BETTER STYLE FOR ME!

Ordered these shoes for a conference and I'll get to put them through the paces next week but so far, I really like them. I sized down 1/2 size as recommended and they feel great. Been wearing them around the house today to see how they feel and no issues. Wide enough for my bunion, love the adjustable strap which keeps my feet from sliding forward but the shoe seems to hold me in place well, too.

I ordered a 41 (US 10) due to a broken foot that healed a larger size than previous to the break, but these are very much too big, so need to return them for a smaller size. They are nice looking, seem comfortable, possibly a bit large in sizing (hard to tell because they are such a misfit for me)

I love these shoes. They’re everything I wanted but with my narrow heel, I had to send them back. I usually can wear any Naot shoe, but not this time.

Super cute and look super comfortable but sadly too small. I go between 11 and 11,5 and even 12 sometimes and since reviews said it runs large I was hoping it would fit but as for me it definitely runs smaller than regular 11 Very sad but I have to send it back

I wear a 10-1/2 and the shoes look really big overall even though they were a bit shorter and wider than marked. They also did not feel comfortable. They are not bad looking shoes

Since when is Naot sizing saying a 38 is a size 7. Naot has always been a 37 as a size 7. And I didn’t see this sizing as a 38. These shoes are way too big… reflecting that a 37 is still a size 7. I have to now go through the hassle of exchanging a pair of shoes. I hate doing this. I believe this is someone at Zappos declaring sizing that is incorrect based on ??? Naot is such a good brand of shoe, and I have plenty of them.
