These mules are great. I wasn't sure how they would fit because Naot typically runs narrow on me, but my usual size 10M fit great with the tiniest bit of room to spare. I liked the black ones enough to also buy them in the Almond suede, which fit a little better. They're comfortable, but I find the footbed a little thin especially under the ball of the foot. With every step the footbed compresses under the balls of my feet and I can feel the hard bottom underneath, but if I need to I'll just put stick-on pads in. The black ones have an oddly dull finish but still look nice. The almond suede ones are a terrific neutral that goes with anything. The brown heel is a great height and is a nice contrast to both the black and almond shoes. I like them a lot. Glad I bought them.

These shoes look great and the leather is super soft. I was looking for a dress shoe to wear with my slacks. These shoes are the answer. Thank you Naot!

Returned, wide and bulky but very comfortable

The shoe felt smaller than was comfortable, especially in the width. I also thought I was getting shoe with a higher heel, but instead got a shoe with a very low heel. If they had fit, I feel I would have kept them if I had been sent the shoes with a heel that was about 2" high.

The toe box felt narrower and made shoes uncomfortable. My big toe on my left foot did not like it at all! I also did not like the style!

The shoes were too narrow in the toe box, and I did not care for the style.

Fit and size was fine, but the leather is stiff which made the foot box more boxy than comfortable. Also, the overall style is nonexistent; I guess they looked better to me in the picture than in real life.
