These are horrible. I have bought Vionic slippers for years and this style is very painful to wear. The footbed is exceptionally hard and the arch is so stiff and too high. I am very disappointed and wish I could buy the old version of the Gemma's but it is no longer sold.

Nice neutral color and design was attractive. Had to return because the shoe was too heavy for me to safely walk in and keep it on my foot.

I ordered a Gemma slipper. Received a fuzzy slipper (sending back) Photo if order shows I ordered a plaid Gemma. (Not a fan of the plaid) Starting over, getting Vionic Sakura which I love. Have 1 pair in cream. Grey just restocke. Live the higher arch support on Sakura.

This will be my 6th pair of Gemma li mule slippers. I have bought 4 pairs for myself and 2 for my best friend. I think these vionic slippers are the best period. They are comfortable and supportive. We spend over a hundred on sneakers boots and dress shoes why not keep the good support going at home. Good shoes everywhere will keep your body aligned and keep your body healthy. One of my best purchases!!

BEAUTIFUL shoe, well made. Too snug for me, but my feet are wide. Great winter house shoe - supportive arches, but again, toe box not big enough for me. Might work better as an outdoor shoe.

They are really cool looking. Quite modern. Love them. The fit is excellent and love the arch support which I need.

I was very pleased iwth the slipperes. They are exactly what I wanted. And the delivery was vey prompt.

The fit is perfect and true to size. The arch support and overall support is excellent especially for walking on hardwood floors.

Not the same as the old gemma slippers. I have wide feet and these don’t accommodate that anymore. Even though there is velcro on top, underneath is a set width size.

Love this slipper! My foot felt relief immediately. I have fat pad atrophy and the slippers are the ticket to help with the discomport.

I wear a 5, which is really hard to find. These are perfect. Add a great arch support and it was a whole win

I need arch support while walking around the house and these are the most perfect slippers!! Highly recommend!

I have an extremely flat arch on my right foot from a torn tendon. It is extremely difficult to find shoes that my toes on the right side on my foot don't rub against the outside of the shoe. The material in these shoes is soft and flexible. They seem to be comfortable. I think they will work for me

Love the slippers. They are super comfortable. I love almost all Vionic shoes! The only problem is that the slippers gave me a dark line across the top my foot when I first had them.

Very supportive and (probably) comfortable but hurt my feet. This is likely a 'me' problem - I have Vionic flip flops and I like them a lot - but these Gemma's did not work for me.

Did not receive the ones I ordered, but they’re not so bad I will keep them. The main reason is I have never had a problem ordering or returning from Zappos.

Vionic changed the Gemma style and it is no longer comfortable. Feels like less arch support, and the insoles don't have enough padding - they feel very hard for a house slipper.

Felt okay initially but after wearing them for a while the interior of the slipper started irritating areas of my foot. Need to return them.

top of slipper pressed down on foot hurts.material used on footbed was different than before. was not comfortable.

I'm so disappointed in these. I loved the old version, but these just do not fit the same way. They have a weird bump on the outer part of the arch / heel that makes my foot hurt, and even though they are "adjustable" they feel like they are going to fall off of my foot. I hope they go back to the old style!
