Cute slippers, true to size. But!!! Absolutely NO arch support that you would expect from VIONIC.

So disappointing. I've been wearing Vionic Relax slippers for years to support problematic feet. This new version of the Relax is of very poor quality. The footbed is hard and less contoured than previous models. While the description states that this slipper has a "hook and loop" closure, it does not. It has velcro. Unlike previous models, there's a full strap that is not adjustable beneath a single velco-adjustable strap, and the velcro doesn't grip well. The shaggy material on the upper looks like it is about to shed. Had to return these.

Only the top strap was able to be adjusted. The other was too big and too wide. Returning.

Fluffly cute slides with some limited adjustability to the width. The old version of these had one strap with velcro adjustment that allowed for greater customization in the width. These now have one strap that is not adjustable, plus another strap crossing on top of it that can be adjusted. So it's a bit more secure but also not able to be customized to the extent that the old style was. Still a good slipper, just not quite as comfy as the old version.

I’ve been wearing Vionic Relax slippers forever. This new version has less arch support and oddly, the new material on the footbed makes my feet sweat. (I’ve never had this happen before.) They aren’t uncomfortable but I’m really disappointed in this ‘update’ from Vionic. Will not be purchasing another pair & will have to find another company for slippers.

Much less arch support and felt like lower quality than previous Vionic slippers I have purchased. Returned.

The under strap cannot be adjusted, just the top, therefore it is too wide.

I have worn the Vionic Relax slides for years. Every year I would get a new pair. This new version is horrible. It’s like they took an amazing slipper and cheeped it down. The materials and quality are nowhere near what they were. I have had these for less than 2 months and they are already worn and uncomfortable. The footbed is shabby with multiple lumps and bumps on them.

Please start making the old relax slippers these are horrible. The footbed is plastic and your feet stay cold. They are not as adjustable. I have narrow feet and always have to have my shoes altered by a shoe repair shop. I hate them. Though they are pretty. That is about it.

They fit well but weren’t anything like the other vionic slippers I’ve had. I’m very disappointed

I have been buying these Vionics for years. I go back and forth between these and the Gemma Mule slipper. But, something has changed. These may be cuter, as they are a little fluffier than the original, however, the foot support has changed. They are not as comfortable and I feel like the footbed is harder and the “arch support” is not in the right place. My feet almost hurt more wearing these. I see the Gemma is also really hard to find, and the reviews for the new model are not as complementary as before. Might be time to go to a new brand.. I’m pretty disappointed that another brand had to change for the bad.

These are cute imo and fairly comfortable but one slide squeaks every time I take a step. I will keep them but I wouldn't have purchased them if I had known they would squeak.

Very heavy and very hard to adjust the strap

I thought the pink shaggy material would be fun, but instead to me looked messy—-maybe cute on young person, which I haven’t been for decades! I am so appreciative for Zappo so efficiently facilitating purchases/returns until success!

The slippers were used when I opened the box. they were dirty. I initiaged a return immediately after seeing the used condition. Someone must have worn them for a few months at least before returning them. Disgusting!

This is my second pair; this pair is more loose in the band fit than the last pair. But still super comfortable.

I love the supportive feeling of these slippers. I wouldn't have chosen the fuzzy top for it, but it's fine. They're so comfortable!

these definitely run wide. I tightened them to the tightest amount and they were still too wide for my foot. very fluffy and loved them, other than they didn't fit my foot

I’m very happy with these slippers, purchased to replace an older pair of Vionics. They are true to size (10) and have good arch support. Other reviewers noted correctly that the older slipper had just one band that fastened with Velcro. The new one hav e one stationary band and one that uses Velcro. I can imagine the stationary band being too tight for some, but I find it comfortable. The black fabric is also comfortable.

Returning do to a defect under the liner on the left shoe, right side which rubbed a raw spot on my foot.

Fit is good and the arch support is good though not as good when I first bought these several years ago. I have a really high arch and need extra support.

Not as advertised; I had to order a size 10, which has worked fine.
