Perfect heel height, cushioned insole, and non-slip outsole makes them great for work. The pointed toe is just right and the heel shape gives it a little extra style. Extremely comfortable right out of the box. Sofft brand is my Go-To!

Thank you for sending NEW shoes not "returns" from a previous try on... etc... I was able to get "true fit" ... my foot narrow normal 8-81/2 ...I do purchase M width... purchased 8 with perfect fit...intend to look at different styles for future purchases.. I can't comment on arch support yet : wearing shoe soon for an event and can F/U comment soon.

Fit and size are fine, but shoes are very shoddily made. Sole is coming loose from shoe and leather is puckered where it is attached to heel.
