Wanted to love this boot since I am a big Sofft fan, however, I am sending them back. They are very loose around the ankle so it felt like the boot was moving around. Additionally, and maybe I should have noticed this in the pictures, but the zipper is on the outside of the boot instead of the normal inside! Very awkward! Not sure why they would have done this with this boot but it appeared I was wearing the boots on the wrong feet! My other Sofft boots have the zipper on the inside of the foot. Weird.

Super comfy right out of the box! The sueded leather is high-quality and they are well constructed casual boots.

The fit was perfect and true. I would have loved to keep them. However, I have realized after buying 2 pair of distressed boots, that I don't care for the style.

Looks like I received a pair that was returned by previous customer. They look cheap, feel wide and I ordered 4 pair of SOFT brand boots and everyone fits different. I’m so disgusted. Def returning

Love these. They're exactly what I was looking for. Style, fit, color, all are perfect.

It’s a beautiful boot. Great height up the leg with a nice finish. Inside is true to the softy insole its cushie. BUT I am Sending them back. Almost a half size too big. My ankle moved up and down. There is no slope from ankle to shaft that holds you down. And the shaft is too big for my calf’s. If you have trouble getting into boots. These might work for you.
