For was perfect. Took about two or three days to break in. I do at minimum of 7 miles a day on my feet at my job, so comfort is top priority. I have not had an opportunity to get them wet to test the waterproofing, but they certainly appear promising for that when the time comes. I highly recommend these. Worth the price.

My feet are a bit wide so sometimes I can wear a medium but these were very narrow. Also, I sometimes wear 9 1/2 sneaker, sometimes a 10. These were a 10 and whoa!, too small. I could reorder a larger size but I think it would still be too narrow. Also, the heel isn't high enough to grab my foot and my foot wants to slip out of the shoe. Too bad too - it is really a great looking shoe!

I purchased these for my husband. He is Merrell brand loyal. He loves this updated version to an oldie he had.

Three months of ownership, wearing 3-4 days a week with mostly office wear and the sole is separating under the ball of the foot and at the toe. They fit excellent and are very comfortable, but for the price should be MUCH more durable

I returned these shoes because they were used. They were tears, scuffs, and dirt in the soles. I also let them know. I will never buy another pair of shoes from Zappos. This is not the company it used to be destroyed by Amazon. Let’s see if you have the guts to post this.

Another reviewer remarked on how their heel kept popping out of the shoe when walking. They were right, wish I would have caught that advice before ordering. Design flaw? Very frustrating from a brand that has always done me well/
