I love the look of these Trail Mix boots! I was looking for something that would be comfortable and warm for a trip to England in December. I saw a comment from someone who had just given a good review after traveling to England and Scotland for ten days. I put them on for my early morning walk and walked three miles with no problems. I also wore them on a field trip with first graders to a farm later that day. I am still getting used to having shoes that go up to my ankles, but I do think they will be perfect for my upcoming trip to England.

I have been searching for a comfortable pair of walking / winter boots for a long, long time and these seem to be fitting the bill so far! I love that they have a zipper in addition to to laces as this allows for a good ankle fit for my scrawny ankles. The toe box is ample, though the bunion on my left foot is a little unhappy--still if you have fairly narrow feet and like a roomy toebox, this is pretty good. The arch support is moderate, but I walked 4-5 miles a day in these while on vacation in Scotland and my feet felt good and the fit has improved as I have broken the shoes in. At first, the side of the shoe was rubbing on my outer right ankle in an uncomfortable way but some bending of the shoe and time has helped a lot. And of course, they are very cute like everything Taos does. Expensive, but I think I'll be wearing these for a long time.

Fit was a bit small. Boots are clunky and hard to get on. Look is good but not comfortable.

It had everything I expected from and like in a Taos shoe.

These are great little booties. They go equally well with leggings as with flared pants. For me, I had to leave the top quite loose, otherwise they didn’t allow me to bend my ankle when walking. Other than that, very comfortable.

These instantly felt comfortable. Love it. Very good quality and appearance. Sufficient support and roomy toebox which I need Would definitely order again.

This is a beautiful boot and the fit was great. Unfortunately, this is a very structured boot. I was looking for something a little softer, not as stiff, if that makes sense. Who knows, I may end up buying it again at a later date but for now this is not the type of boot I was looking for.

This is my 3rd pair of Taos, and they do not disappoint! I wear a 10.5 in other shoes and find the 11 fits me best. I wear these hiking boots for work (on my feet and sometimes outdoors all day), and they were comfortable right out of the box the first wear.

Comfortable out of the box. Appear to be very well made. Cute style and great color. Typical amazing Zappos service. Ordered my normal size.

New favorite shoe! Love the gray/black color combo. Cute and comfortable. Zippers are a plus. I normally wear an 8/8.5 and very glad I chose the 8.5

Thus far love em, have only been walking on pavement in our mountain community , eager to hit the trails. Thinking they will be a great pair to travel with as they are stylish not to mention the ZIPPER ! I have 3 other pairs of Taos ( sneakers ) and oh yes a pair of boots too. Excellent support and again stylish.

I find myself wearing them for hours, not realizing I still have them on in the house. They are comfy with plenty of room to adjust the fit with individual inserts.

Normally wear a 7.5, but bought this in an 8 and am glad I did. very comfortable and absolutely love the look. Debating on getting a 2nd pr. :)

Good support but the front part of the boot rubbed against my legs, so it was a no go.

I didn’t care for the styling. the white stitching was a bit overdone.
