Fit true to size. But there is not enough arch support, so the sneaker felt very flat. Overall not as comfortable as my other Ecco sneakers. The style is so cute though.

I have Ecco sneakers, and this one just doesn’t have the cushion that my other Ecco sneakers have. Love the style though, and the side zipper makes it easy to slip on and off.

Didn't feel like an Ecco procuct. Lower than Ecco. I have at last 8 pr of Ecco shoes and sandals and sneakers.

seems narrower than my Ecco sneakers. Did not appreciate et hat the box was torn and the "stuffing for the shoe" was out . Not your fault but the bag was torn and shoes could have fallen out. Not usual Zappos "Style"!!

I love all my ECCO shoes and this one is no different. It's very comfortable with the zip making it easy to put on. I would recommend it.

These fit perfect and are so comfortable right out of the box.

this is an excellent shoe and super cute. Just a hair too short in size 12 for me. I've purchased the ECCO soft 7 lace up shoe in the past, but they no longer sell them in size 12, so i opted for the side zip style. super cute and super bummed they are bit too short. if you wear a size 12, try these.... you'll love them!

The shoe felt loose on my foot; my heel slid around when I walked in them.

The shoe was too wide for my foot. Right length. Felt loose, when I walked.

This shoe is narrow. Had to loosen the laces to get the zipper up and still felt snug. I can typically wear a regular width shoe. Too bad as I really like the look of these and was hopeful they would fit.

I purchased a pair of these in leather and loved them...they fit perfect. This pair fit so much tighter will probably return them.

I need a wider toe box than this shoe offers. I have worn this brand in the past without problem, but lately I have turned to shoes with a wider toe box, and it may be that this Ecco only seemed more narrow than previous purchases. Would be great if they could accommodate those of us with medium width who also need a wider toe box, because this is a common problem.

I really wanted to love these. However they are very narrow and I don't typically need a wide shoe. The arch support is ok. Not amazing but better than most.

The were very tights and definitely smaller lengthwise compared to other ECCO sneakers.

These shoes were so cute but very disappointing. I have had other ECCO tennis shoes that I love. These are narrow and short. I can take the insole out to make them fit, but unlike other ECCOs I have had, there are not two insoles that you can use to adjust the fit. Removing the insole results in essentially walking on the inside construction of the shoe with no pad. Just a huge miss by ECCO in my opinion

I feel like this is not a real ECCO product. I have had 4 pair of the Soft 7 sneakers and at least 4 pair of the Nubuck zip booties and this Soft Classic Lace Side Zip sneaker does not even compare. Very uncomfortable sole, too narrow and zippers that did not work.
