This my second time ordering from the uggs website, and both times they send me the wrong size.

They have something spiky hurting towards toes of shoes

These were my daughters birthday gift. They were on back order for over a month. We just got them 7 days ago. My daughter hasn't even worn them outside yet and they are already unraveling. Not quality products like Uggs used to be. For the price and amount of time we have had them, we are very disappointed.

would like to give you a good rating like all my purchases that I previously made with you but it was very bad that my package never arrived and I filed complaints with you and with FedEx and neither of them could help me so I just lost my money

I was really excited to get these and equally as bummed when I opened the box and they are more of a blue color. The photos make them look white - even the name "goose" I would assumed reflects a white color.

So disappointed l! I ordered my daughter these shoes for Christmas it was her number one Christmas present. We ordered her a 5 thinking they were going to be a little big so she can go into them well they were tight so we exchanged them for a 6 and got a email saying now they can't exchanged them and giving us a refund! You would think they would hold those 6s for someone that already paid for them! So disappointed in UGGs. Now I gotta break it to my daughter who is waiting for her new ones to come in.. ughh!

Christmas ruined because the sizing for these slippers doesn't match sizing for all other UGG shoes. 2 pairs were ordered for my kids and both are too small even though their other UGGs in the same size fit just fine. Now it will be nearly spring before we are able to replace due to everything being on back order.

FALSE ADVERTISING on the goose color slippers. they look completely different than are shown on the picture. very disappointing. couldn't even exchange to a different color because they're all sold out by the time mine arrived. colors are wayy off.

It fell apart two weeks after using it and my daughter said she only wore it shopping once

I would hope my son loves these shoes but since I ordered them in October and it's now December it seems we'll never know.

I purchased these slippers and started wearing them a little over a month ago. I am really saddened by how quickly the lining has worn down.

I use this product as an indoor and minimal outdoor The lining is horrible. I had a heel blister second day. The lining is skimpy and does NOT have the feel of wool. I'm from Australia my last pair of uggs lasted nine years. Used inside and outdoor on a farm. Always comfortable and dry. The wool lining alway stays warm n in good shape. This pair in two days most of lining is flat. The heal area has little or no lining. I'm 76 and wanted a decent pair of slippers to support my feet. Never will I buy Ugg again. Standards have slipped

Way TOO SMALL

Just purchased this item and within 3 weeks the stitching came apart. Too bad they couldn't give me an exchange because this product is on back order. So I had to completely return it and get back on the backorder list and hopefully it becomes available for it to be shipped out.

The product/color blue was everything but didn't fit so well I even went up a size when purchasing and they didn't snug the heel off my foot so I returned them, didn't want to go up another size and they end up being too big.

I thought these were so cute!!! And they are. But the stitching comes u done. The 1st time I wore them they have started to unravel so disappointing

Did not like nor did it fit got the wrong size delivered. Ordered a 6Y and received a 4y

I purchase these for my daughter and they were in back order. When I finally receive them she threw away the box but never wore them because her foot grew so quickly and now they're too small.

True to size, nice cozy fit..

They very bad quality, they took way too long to come and they get very dirty easily

These uggs are amazing my boys love them! Usually I purchase from Zappos but I thought to spread the love this year by from some different retailers never again will I buy from Ugg.com!!! They were on back order never got an email following up notification nothing since 12-5. I had to argue with 2 different cuts service reps they still won't expedite shipping unbelievable never again will I purchase from ugg.com again we still don't have my sons shoes SMH
