The shoes I received were missing the new shoe inserts to maintain the shape and they were also missing the extra insole that I've received with other Blundstone orders. Felt like Zappos didn't bother to do anything after these boots were previously returned by another customer.

I wanted to love these Blundstones. I originally ordered a AU 5.5 which felt a little too tight so I returned for the AU 6 but it's practically sliding off my foot. My mom ordered the exact same boots and received an additional insole in the box along with her boots. I'm not sure if this is a goof on Zappos or the manufacturer but if it makes any difference, her boots also had the boot inserts to maintain shape, like most new shoes have. My order did not. So perhaps mine were a returned pair and Zappos didn't bother to package the boots as if they were new? Not sure but definitely disappointed.

These are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. I love them so much that I started wearing them to work for my twelve hour shifts. I'm a nurse so I'm constantly up and moving and these boots have really outperformed any other shoe in quality and comfort. I guess I'm going to need another pair for every day use. Rats!!

Previously I had this same style and color; over the years they were worn and torn, and ultimately no longer fit. I went without for years, and finally just purchased these again. I feel like I've come home; I know that I will wear these through and through just like the previous pair.

I LOVE these boots. I never want to stop wearing them so I've been wearing them for physical work as well. But I realized I now would need a second pair for better dressing because they just look and feel so cool. So I just bought my second pair. So solid. Soles don't wear out. Mostly waterproof and easy on and off.

At least one size too small . I need to return for a full size bigger
