Beautiful boots. Nice leather. I ordered wide and received wide., BUT they are way too narrow. They shouldn't be sold as wide boots. Measured against other boots that I have in wide, they are so so much narrower. Very disappointed.

I always wear a medium width, but since some reviews indicated the boots were too narrow, I ordered one pair in medium and one pair in wide. The medium were too narrow, so I was so glad that I ordered the wide, as well. I put the left boot on, and it was perfect. Then I put the right boot on, and it was so tight, much tighter than the medium width! I looked at the size inside the right boot, and it was marked wide, but it was EXTREMELY narrow. I wanted to order another pair of wide, hoping to get both boots in the same size as the one left boot, but they are out of stock. I was disappointed. I was also disappointed to see how the boots were packaged. One of each type of boot had stuffing, but the other boot had none. Part of the boots were unlaced, and one boot had a scuff on the toe. This is not how a pair of boots that one pays $100.00+ for should arrive. Very poor presentation. Too bad. The boots had real potential, genuine leather and a lovely color, but the poor quality control and packaging is not what I have ever experienced with Zappos, a top-notch company with all my previous purchases. I hope this helps Zappos to return to their usual wonderful quality and service.

This shoe is both stylish and comfortable—no wonder they call it "Comfortiva"! The shoe's bed is memory foam, which makes it very comfortable. I have the wide version and wear size 10, but this style does not make my feet look huge like some other styles do. I recommend this shoe!

The boot was very comfortable although a bit wide in the ankle. Had to cinch up the laces all the way to create a snug fit. Materials were typical, but I’m older and remember when leather smelled and felt like leather. The main reason I returned the boot is that the toe was pointier than I like. My feet are large enough without drawing attention to that fact. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 and these boots were on the larger size, more like a 10.5.

The leather is soft and so comfortable The shoe fit great but the toe/front looked very long - like a men’s dress shoe.

Gorgeous deep blue color, yummy leather! I struggle to get the right fit, so I reordered half size up in C width and hope it fits me better, cause the look is beautiful.

These were perfect in terms of style and comfort, but were too small. Currently exchanging them for a larger size.

Ordered two different styles and keeping other style.

First of all the boot is so nice looking - soft leather and nice style. I ordered 7.5 W and was surprised that it was still too long. Width was great, though. I wanted to try the 7 wide - but it was not available. I would def recommend. A little dressier combat boot that would look fine with jeans or dress.

These boots run a half a size bigger, so size down. I’ve had difficulty finding blue leather boots with ties and a zipper. These boots fit the bill. They’re comfortable, stylish, and well made. Definitely worth the price.

I normally wear a 10 medium. Based on reviews I ordered a 10 wide. The width was fine but they were about a half size too long. The toe is rather long and narrow, so a smaller size also might not fit.

Other reviews noted that these are especially narrow so I ordered wide -- I have borderline wide feet. While I can usually get away with normal shoes anything extra narrow ends up being too narrow for me. These are just about right, I think the leather will give with time but if you have genuinely wide feet they may be too narrow for you even in wide.

These were okay. Ran small compared to other brands. The odd part is that even though the look of them is overall beautiful, the length of the foot/toe is weirdly long, way too long. Very strange! Otherwise nice. Good padding and comfort.

I had to return because they ran narrow, even the wide seemed more like a regular width. But I loved the style and the leather was very soft and comfy.

This boot is great looking, but the fit just isn't good for me. I ordered a Wide due to so many reviews saying it fits too snugly across the toes. Even the wide is snug across the toes, but too big in the heel area. The boot is also very long, almost a full inch longer than other boots I have in the same size (8.5 B).

The style of these boots were just what I've been searching for, plain, no embellishments, no lug heel, not heavy - just right. Was disappointed that they were too narrow, had to return.

This is a good looking boot, I heeded the reviews and thought I sized up appropriately. the show fit ok but it was really snug across the instep. It was uncomfortable. Shame too, I liked this boot.

I got a 9 1/2 narrow. Returned because they looked so long on. Very narrow on the end. I liked that they tied but had a zipper.

I like the boots very much, but they came scuffed and obviously worn. I called customer service, and since it was the last one, they discounted the price. Great customer service, Zappos!
