Not true to size. They are labeled correctly but are a size or two small

Heel slips too much

I ordered a size 8 by mistake turned around and ordered a size 7, and turned the eight back instead of them giving me a credit they sent me another pair of the exact same shoes in a size 7

Decided to try these and I'm pretty disappointed. Don't buy these and especially don't buy them through their webstore. Go to an actual store and try them first. At least that way you can get your $$ back.

They came in a bag. I looked used was told system was down. Couldn't do exchange that. I had to send them back on my dime. And then reorder i'm not happy

Item runs very small

Didn't like the style

The shoelaces are so thick and rub directly against my foot, causing blistering. My Bruno Marc shoes that cost half the price of Hey Dudes are much more comfortable. Very disappointed.

Not the same as shown in the picture.

The fit was really snug and my toes felt like they were going to bust through. Disappointed considering this is my 3rd pair of Hey Dudes, just something about this style isn't as comfortable as other Wally's.

I followed the sizing chart exactly how its says and the shoes are too small. They dont do exchanges in canada. I called in to see what we could do but did not want to help. I also now lost my discount code and have to pay out of my pocket(30$) to ship them back after using their sizing chart.. its unfortunate because the shoes are nice.

I ordered these shoes in granite gray the picture shows it as a darker gray but when they was delivered they are a bright gray

Will never purchase hey dudes ever again! Not online or in person, horrible customer service, out of $20 delivery fee lol. Company is a joke. Sanuks over hey dudes.

Too large

not very comfy. hard. not stretch sox at all.

Way overpriced!

It's not actually size 15. It's a 14, maybe 14.5 but it's way too tight. Never had an issue with 15s before

Bought 2 pair, they run small so get a bigger size

I'm so disappointed. Been trying to replace the classic Wally style number 110383264, Wally stretch and having such a hard time. Called CS and of course you speak to someone that has no idea of what you're talking about and doesn't want to help. Just want you to return what you purchased because that's easy to execute instead of being able to help me find what I have purchased in the past. This style is a classic and probably the #1 seller at one time so makes no sense it's not available. I didn't want to return. I wanted the same shoe I own.

The shoes are too narrow I can't wear them I just wasted my money hopefully you guys will be able to exchange them for wide sized shoes

Run small

Took four weeks to arrive, one pair fit, one didnt

i didnt like the stiffness of them, so i returned them and still have not got my refund
