The boots are very nice. However, the left foot seemed to be narrower than the right foot and did not feel comfortable. Therefore, I am returning.

The fit and size was just fine. I wear 9 M, I ordered a 9 W because I needed the extra width because of the boot style for more comfort.

Love these boots! Soft, supple leather with a comfortable size heel can be worn with any outfit. I have a very wide foot and these boots are a great fit.

These boots are fabulous! Comfortable and good looking, with a comfortable heel height. I will get a lot of use out of them, both with leggings and slacks.

I received these boots today and loved them. They were very stylish. The leather was soft, the heel wasn't too high, and they were a perfect fit. But, I could barely unzip them to try them on. It took all my strength to get the zipper down and up, and then down again on both boots. I looked the zippers over carefully but couldn't find a reason why they were so difficult to maneuver. I know sometimes a new pair of boots can be a little hard to unzip and zip again, but this was beyond the norm. So, I returned the boots. I would have ordered another pair because maybe this was just a fluke, but this was the last pair in my size.

I love everything about these shoes, except how tight and painful they are. The leather feels so nice and soft, the calf height and heal height are perfect, and the design is darling. However, the WW fits like a Regular/Normal. I normally wear a Wide but got WW to have extra room for thick socks. But sadly, even with the thinest socks I have, the top part of the shoe was so tight I couldn't even sit without them hurting my feet, so back they go.
