Toes, heels and arch have "pillowed" support. Also scotchguard water repellent. Definitely enough room for my 6.5- 7 med feet. Ordered 6.5. Comfortable suede, no heel slippage, ord black. Perfect heel ht. and stable. Cute slanted heel. Could be priced better-- $160 is a bit expensive for this short boot should be approx $20-30 less. The suede has some slight variations . Seems good quality.

I was looking for a lower, sturdy heal that I could wear out for an evening. Even though these are excellent quality shoes, soft and comfortable, the heals weren't sturdy enough for me. I know they would be uncomfortable very quickly while on my feet.

Comfortable and stylish!

Stylish and comfortable with a heel height that can go with businesss attire or night out, only reason for four stars is the fabric was marred on the toe from some prior handling.

I really wanted to keep these…in fact I ordered 3 different pairs trying to find one solidly constructed pair, but they all had defects with the heal/sole attachment area or weird speckled spots. The problems were with the chocolate color. I did purchase and keep a black pair.

I bought two colors. The brown suede is great. However, the black leather right shoe developed a squeak only after a couple days of wear. I love these booties so much and I’d like to exchange but unfortunately are out of stock in my size.
