I wear an 8.5m but ordered a 9m based on other reviews. Unfortunately, the 9m was a bit big. I contacted customer service to request an exchange for an 8.5m. The exchange process was quick and easy. I received the 8.5m within two days and it is a perfect fit. This shoe is stylish, and will look great with jeans, slacks and dresses. The heal height is perfect! As others noted, there is a tiny spot on the inside of each shoe where the V stretch material is sewn that pokes/scratches the foot. I took a glass fingernail file and gently filed the stitch to smooth it out and now the 8.5 shoes are super comfortable without the tiny stitch poking or scratching the foot. These shoes will be a regular go to for me!

I am still on the fence about these. I ordered two sizes, 6.5 and 7. The seam on the size 7, for some reason, hit me right on an extra "navicular" bone I seem to have on my right foot, so that was unwearable. I almost developed a blister just by trying them on. The 6.5 fit well, but I am still concerned about the position of the seam. I will keep for a while so I can try them on again and then decide. The construction of this shoe is very nice, good quality suede, and there is ample padding in the footbed. Very attractive heel height just for a bit of extra height. If you have no foot problems and know your true size, these are a winner.

I purchased a size up based on reviews that it ran small and the shoes are too big. Plus the second I put on the right shoe there was a sharp edge that hit me on the inside instep. These will go back.

I am a true 9 and because I recently bought a Sofft shoe in a 9.5 I went with the 9.5 in these. They fit great. A 9 would be too short. There is a clicking noise in the right shoe. I will wear around the house to see if it goes away. I read another person had same issue. I do like them so will return if they keep making noise and try another pair.

I typically wear 8.5 or 9 regular width. I ordered the 9 and it was slightly shorter than I would like. I felt like my heel might hang off the back. The 9 was also a narrow tight fit. They’re so cute that I ordered the 9.5. I’ve never worn a 9.5 shoe in my life but it was a much better fit and not nearly as snug of a fit. The color is more of a taupe gray.

Beautiful shoe however one shoe squeaks with every step.

I tried this cute mule in both a 6.5 and a 7, as I can wear either size. The 7 was too big--I walked right out of them--and was hoping the 6.5 would fit. But they were just too small, especially in the toe box; my toes were right at the top and my heel almost hung off the back. So, I guess this shoe just won't work for me in either size, unfortunately. Very cute styling and the taupe suede was of very good quality. Even good padding in the shoe. I just did not see myself being able to wear these for a full day at work so will have to opt for something else. If you are a true size, these may fit you. I am somewhere in between two sizes and often have trouble finding the right fit.

I just didn't care for the style once I tried the shoe on in person.

These shoes were incredibly noisy as I walked trying them on (with socks)... creaking and clicking, and just a total no go for me. It's possible this would have resolved after breaking them in, but I'm not really willing to gamble on it. Style and comfort were otherwise fine, but I can't recommend them, so I've given them one star in those areas.
