Fits well and fairly comfortable once they're on, but the opening for the foot is very tight. Definitely not slip-on.

was disappointed. made well but for me they were kind of hard to put on and not very soft. I didn't return them but not exactly what I was looking for

Seem like fine slippers but there's a problem with no 1/2 sizes available. I estimated Up and should gave estimated DOWN

Somewhat difficult to slip on and off. Comfortable on. They squeak when you walk.

Theee slippers are well constructed, but the openings are so small I have to use a shoe horn to squeeze into them. My cousin is a seamstress and she is cutting back the side and sewing expandable, wide elastic strips inside to have a flexible, comfortable fit. I will noonger buy slippers from LL Bean. They are made for smaler sized men under 6 foot tall.

I wear a Size 9 1/2. These come only in full sizes. I reviewed the size chart and it recommended a size 10 fit. I should have gotten a size 9. I've worn these everyday but only inside my house for a couple of months. Both shoes are now squeaking every time I walk in them.

It slips on the heel with socks on, but is fine in bar feet.

I wear a 11.5 in sneakers, sometimes a 12. I ordered a size 11. The shoe is way too big. There is 1.5" of gap from my big toe to the end of the shoe. I will exchange for a 10 and hope for the best. It's worth noting that the toe box is super narrow. If, like me, you have a wide foot and like to size up, know that you'll have a couple of inches of dead space ahead of the middle toes. On a positive note, I had no issue slipping these on/off. The wool is very comfortable. Reminds me of my Glerup slippers. I will update the rating if the size 10 shoes fit well.

warm, comfortable, but squeak loudly when I walk. I'm hoping to walk around in private long enough for it to subside.

Nice looking, well made, warm, comfortable once you get them one but difficult to get difficult to put on even after breaking them in. "Slip-ons" is misleading Definitely just can't "slip in" them. I have to put an index finger in the heel to help tug and get them on. If I had gone a size larger, they might have been easier to put on but would have provided a sloppy fit.

Just got these today. Typical good quality from LL Bean, but sizing is the issue. I wear a size 9 normally, and sometimes a 9.5. These are big and loose on my feet, with a lot of looseness around ankle, and a good 3/4" too long. I am afraid to go to a size 8 and there are no half sizes. Will have to return.

Love the looks of these but I take a 10 in LL Bean shoes and slippers and these in a 10 were way too long even with a wool sock. Tried a 9, but it's a bit short and the toe area is too narrow for comfort. Wish there was a half size. These are more like a shoe than a house slipper. I noticed there's a new version with a full back that I might try.

These shoes are not great fitting and are not truly slip on. If you slip them on without holding the back open you will crush the back. They are also oddly long and do not look good when wearing them.

My husband loved these slippers. Wears size 8.5, 9 fit great. Well constructed. However it was a real struggle to get them on. Sides should have elastic to make them a true slip on. Disappointed we had to return.

My husband bought these and they're very comfortable and look good but the NOISE is ridiculous! They squeak so much I can't think when he comes in a room.

I wound up returning these. They're not available in half sizes and going up to the next whole, they were too big. For the cost, half sizes should be available. Should be okay if you wear a whole size, but I would not recommend sizing up.

Not slip on at all. I specifically wanted shoes easy to slide in and out of, ever since Merrell discontinued all their nicer looking slip on Mocs (except the ugly Jungle Moc). I need shoes I can easily put on while holding a toddler, dog, groceries, trash bags, running to the garage or shed. I found these impossible to put on with just my feet. 2 stars only because once I was able to sit down and use my hand and wriggle my foot in, the shoe felt comfortable.

I bought these for my father and he couldn't even get them on over his heels even though we sized up. I ordered these after having to return a different pair of men's slippers in his size that turned out to be far too small, and that slipper was no longer on the website for the return to order a size up. Very disappointed. My 80 year old dad still doesn't have a Christmas present.

The slippers that I received were significantly oversized. I won't return them they went to the mission store. When I tried to get a better fit using the L.L. Bean guide using shoe brands that fit me, it recommended even larger slippers. The take away: L.L.Bean doesn't get shoe sizes, get foot were someplace else.

These are way too big. Not sized correctly. Very wide and very high top part of shoe.

These shoes are noisy and squeaky. I return them after wearing them around the house for one day. I woke up the cat, and my wife, walking through the house. I REALLY liked the look but please get the noisy issue figured out if you hope to sell more of these.

Purchased November 2024 and shoes started pilling almost immediately. Now have open hole in wool part of shoe. This fits great but doesn't last long at all. would not recommend.

Really disappointed with the sizing. I compared the size 12 sole with three different pairs of walking shoes that I find very comfortable. This "slipper" is at least 3/4 inches longer and I cannot wear them with comfort or confidence. Your source, wherever it is located, needs to figure out proper sizing for the American market! I am returning this order.
