I wear a heel insert and it fits perfectly and I have no pain.

Great sneaker/shoe. Supports well and doesn’t slip. Originally ordered F-SPORTY Perf Scoop-Cut Leather Sneakers in 6.5 and was a bit short for long second toe and returned for size 7, which was too big and slipped on heel when walking. Tried this in my normal size of 6.5 and are perfect fit. Really kool in silver and goes with everything. Footbed is not as soft and squishy as fitflop sandal but comfy.

These shoes are super cute in white and look really great with dresses too. I read some reviews recommending to size down so I was a little unsure whether to order my actual size or to size down. I have average sized feet and generally wear a 8.5 medium width in most shoes. I’m really glad that I ordered my normal 8.5 in these trainers because they fit perfectly with a comfy sock. If you have very narrow feet it could be worth sizing down. I have low arches so the arch support was enough for me, but if you wear orthotics they would would fit in easily. I wore them right out of the box and they needed no breaking in at all, they were incredibly comfortable for the entire day. I also have a pair of Ecco sneakers however I find that for my feet these FitFlop sneakers are much more cushioned and comfortable.

I discovered FitFlops while on holiday in Italy - everyone had them on, 5 or 6 pair later... I don't have wide feet in that wide sized shoes are too wide so I have to try on Fit Flops because they all fit differently depending on the style. These I leave laced up tight but that's on-point so it works out. My high school students either think I'm cool or a dork. I think my feet are happy and that helps me get through the day on cement floors.

These shoes are ridiculous! As in ridiculously COMFORTABLE! I have so many issues with my feet...bunion, flat feet, recovered from plantar fasciitis. I started wearing fit flop sandals about 5 years ago...they are all I wear now. Finally tried this tennis shoe - it's so light weight and I can walk PAIN FREE! So happy! Right out of the box I wore them 3 days in Disneyland. I walked about 10-11 miles every day and my feet felt wonderful.

Very nice shoes. Nice color. Quality. I ordered my regular size and width (9M), but the shoe is too large in every way (half size to full size larger), so I had to return them.

Love these! They are a perfect casual sneaker, but I should be able to walk miles in them (can't do that with other 'stylish' athletic brands). They do run big - I have a slightly narrow but overall average foot and I had to size down. In running shoes i'm a 9.5, casual shoes a normal 8/8.5 and I ended up with a 7.5 in these (I'm wearing them with thin no-show socks). The 8's were just way too cavernous (plenty of room for inserts if you need them!). the ankle opening also runs kind of wide. The gold color is really nice - not too shiny or bright.

This is the the most perfect white leather sneaker ever! I’ve searched for something like it for years and this is it. This shoe is so chic! People often ask who makes it and if it’s from a more expensive brand. I love that this sneaker pairs with a cute summer dress, distressed/ raw hem jeans, or dress pants for work. This shoe has no arch support of its own, but fits my inserts really well. The sole is thick, squishy, and supportive. I can wear them with my inserts all day with no pain. I am usually a size 9 but that was too big in this shoe, so I sized down to 8.5.

These run a little big, but it makes it easy to fit an orthodic with a better arch into them. Love the style.

FitFlops have become a “go to” brand for me over the last year or so, as I am recovering from a broken heel, and have dealt with plantar fasciitis...cheaply made, unsupportive shoes are no longer an option for me. I have several styles of FitFlops, from thick soled sandals to thin flip-flops, booties, oxfords and loafers, and while they are all FitFlops they all offer different degrees of support. These sneakers are not as supportive as my original FitFlop sandals are, but are in league with several other pairs...I don’t need to use custom orthotics with them and can wear them all day with no issues. The Urban White look really cute with tshirt dresses and short skirts versus a heavier sneaker...but they do run big. In my other FitFlops, if half sizes are an option I go with 7.5...if whole sizes are the only option I go with an 8. I got the 7.5 in these, and yet I think I could have gone with a 7, yet part of the comfort factor is being able to wear these with thick, squishy no-show socks, which may have proved uncomfortable had I exchanged the 7.5 for the 7.

I have always loved Fit Flop sandals for their 'better than barefoot' comfort soles, so when I saw that they made sneakers I had to try them. They are so comfortable - put them on in the morning and my feet still felt good when I took them off at night (after a busy day). The metallic sheen with white soles was just what I was looking for. (The photo lighting is misleading - the soles ARE white - a nice contrast). My feet were not hot or cold, and the laces stayed tied.

I am able to use my custom inserts, very cute, has pretty decent cushion in the soles for a dress sneaker. I have terrible plantar fasciitis and was able to wear these comfortably all day. I stand 60% of the time and do about 7- 8k steps in a work day.

I wanted to love this shoe, but was very wide in the heel and I could not make it tighter. The length was good and it had some arch support. I had to return.

These were very close to perfect but I felt like I would not be able to walk long distances in them. Definitely good for short ventures..out to eat etc. I was looking for something to travel with and know my feet would be ok. I'm in good shape at 70, but feet are fussy.

Shoes are comfortable and provide good support. The insoles are glued down — can’t be removed to insert orthotics. Though the shoes are a good fit, the heels keep slipping. The back of the shoe and top collar don’t have the correct slight angle inward, to match normal foot shape — as in every other pair of shoes I own, including Fitflop. Not sure if I’ll keep. Still trying to solve heel annoyance factor.

I think I just got a wonky right shoe. They were perfectly comfortable right out of the box, but the right shoe was sewn wrong and there was a visible fold of leather that shouldn’t have been there and that spot was rubbing the top of my foot, so they went back.

These were almost an inch longer than my other similarly styled sneakers in the same size. Had to return them.

Nice enough shoes, but my right foot is slipping out of these at the heel, and these shoes are just not cute enough to overcome this. Sadly, returning.

The only thing I did not like about this shoe is the look of the silver on me. They arrived very quickly they fit fine they are comfortable but I had no way of knowing how I would feel wearing a "silver" shoe until I put them on. They are not for me. I have a feeling its because my foot is large and silver iss suited more for people with smaller feet. My friend has them and they suit her but she does wear a smaller size than me. I think a soft gold hue is the look I want, but still not sure. They are not available in the gold currently. I hope that changes.

It has been a long road finding a real pair of Fit Flop athletic shoes but these pretty much fit the bill. I wear a 10 and these are just a tad big in the toe box - roomy enough for a heavy sock. The tongues are a bit long but overall these shoes are comfy and look very nice. Extremely light weight! That is plus for packing.

Too big

Loved the look of these shoes and they felt comfortable, but my heel slipped. A smaller size would be too tight in the toe box, sadly. I will be returning them.

Fit and size were right on. Very high arch support. Really nice shoe and lightweight.
