I purchased these boots for my 16 year old grandson. They are perfect for light snow, since he didn’t want snow boots. Also, there are woods in his backyard. They protect his feet, also. I am impressed how quickly Zappos sends all their shoes.

Less than 1 year of regular wearing -retired, not work boots, just ankle support- and they are FALLING APART. Literally, 2 weeks ago an outer seam on 1 started coming apart and a few days later, ... The other shoe's same seam opened up. They are a little big; I ordered larger size to accommodate additional cushioning. Not happy. While they weren't particularly expensive I expected more than 10 months wear out of them.

Showed up and looked small. Their shoe sizes have been off two orders in a row.

I love tht shoes but it’s not matching size shoes show size 8 too small for me and box show size 9.5 I am so upset it. Need return to change right size of 9.5 it’s not right size of 8 shoes
