Good fit. However, the sole is very stiff and doesn't want to bend where my foot wants to bend as I walk. This may improve with time, but not yet.

These suede loafters are really nice looking and treated for light rain they stand up to the test and pass. The are stable and attractive. The shoes do need a few wears to break them in. I found the sizing off almost like its a mens foot scheme but for women. While I am solid 6.5M in womens shoes I did have to put extra padding inserts to fill up the extra space. I am not a wide foot, but a regular and these shoes work well with thicker socks, but would not for regular socks which is a bummer. The heel width is wider than most shoes so I put in the back heel grips, but then its hard to put on with thicker socks that I can only wear with these shoes to take up the extra space. Toe box is good and length is accurate to the shoe size. I don't know if I would have bought them again at full price, but I have been making these shoes work with adjustments.

Kinda clunky, toebox was too right on left foot, i wouldn't recommend if you step low to the ground, as your foot will catch easily.

Gorgeous women's loafers and well made, but whoever determined foot sizing was way off course. I am 6.5M all day which is what I ordered but these are like boats on my feet. I have tried so many types of inserts to no avail, thick soak, light socks not socks Nothing has worked. If I get one area of the shoe to fit then it is another area that does not. The back heel too wide to be a womens 6.5 shoe I hope that LLbean reads the feedback. provided. I spent $140 on these loafers that after months of trying had to give up on the idea of ever walking out of the house.
