I'm so happy with these boots and I get lots of compliments on them! They are truly waterproof and comfortable (i do have inserts for my arches). We got a Lot of snow here last week and i have been able to walk right through it with ease which is very important to me since I am a dog walker. I wear them everyday and tell everyone where I got them. I highly recommend these!!

I love the side zip! The only thing I didn't love about my old Stormchasers was that they were hard to put on and take off. LL Bean fixed it!

Easy on & off. Very warm. TSA WILL make you take them off. The fur alerts the scanner. Even with TSA precheck

It took me a while to learn how to put the boots on comfortably. The first time, you have to open both zipper and laces, then put boot on, then close zipper, and LASTLY tie laces. After that, you can just leave laces tied, put boot on, and zip. Also, the flap between the zipper and my leg was stiff at first and scratched my skin, which hurt. But that, too, has subsided with use. I almost returned them, but am glad I didn't.

Excellent and warm boots. Came just in time for the winter storm we had. These are the type of boots you can have for a lifetime.

These Storm Chaser Boots are great! After moving to Wisconsin I needed some sturdy warm boots for the cold winters. These boots are perfect. They are warm, waterproof and look good too. I appreciate the side zipper for getting them on easier. I did have to unlace them a bit in order to get my foot into the boot, but I laced them back up and was good to go. I'd recommend these boots.

Love these boots. They fit TTS and keep my feet warm in very cold weather. I've been walking in them daily on flat ground and yesterday did a hilly hike in snow and some packed snow without using micro-spikes. Good traction. Highly recommend

I am picky and these boots rock! Exactly what I Wanted and needed. I wear them constantly in this crazy snow! People asked where I got them. I am so happy they worked out. I have like ten pairs but these are the only ones that do the job all the way around.

Love these. I was torn between these and Ugg Adirondack boots but chose these due to the better price point and LL Bean name. Wore them to walk my dog in ice/snow and my feet stayed dry. Purchased these as an investment piece so hoping they hold up over time. They do feel very well made and high quality. Also pretty cute as far as women's snow boots go.

These boots are top notch in every way- waterproof, comfortable, stylish, warm. I can't say enough about them. The toe bed is wide enough to accommodate various socks and the tread is excellent on ice and snow. Worth every penny.

Wide width is great with wool socks. No breakin, totally comfortable out of the box. Love the zipper!

I don't write reviews! But after the last few boot purchase fails I concluded a proper boot requires an in-person purchase for proper fit and just being able to see and feel the product. II stopped into our local shop and gravitated to these immediately even though they weren't even on my short list. This boot is easy on/off, quality materials. Thought they looked heavy but they're surprisingly light which is great because walking the dogs through snow can get tiring! The foot area does feel roomy but I think you need wiggle room in a winter boot and they fit perfectly with thick alpaca socks. past few boot purchases (bogs, columbias) sprung leaks within first season. The soles of these are serious no-slip, slogging through snow, ice, water, mud and I don't see any potential weak spots for leakage. saw another review that said these weren't feminine and I really did lol because if you live in WNY that's the last thing you care about in a boot. It is however an attractive boot and acceptable for public wear. Recommend treating the leather before you first wear them otherwise you'll never get back to it because I guarantee these will be your new daily go-to!!

Very happy with this purchase. Got the black color, they look classic yet stylish. Wore them in the snow many times and they kept my feet warm and dry. They run a little big but fit perfect with thick boot socks.

I love these boots. Good deep tread for walking in snow and even slushy snow. However, tread carefully on ice. But that goes for anything you wear. I wear cleats when I am out walking on snow/ice on my local roads. Having the zippers down the side helps get them on and off easier. But be sure to zip them up before lacing the laces or you will have to loosen the laces, zip and retighten. The boot lining is nice and warm with mid weight socks. I ordered a size 10 wide and have enough room width and length wise, but I think they might be a bit tight with heavier weight socks. They also might not be warm enough in extreme cold conditions, like zero or below, depending in your type of socks, where pac boots might be better. But if you are looking for something to walk the dog with, out shoveling snow, going for a walk etc. go for them. I'm considering a second pair to keep my cleats strapped on and not having to take them on and off. Basically they are a good all around boot for winter wear. I highly recommend them. About as close as one can get to the old LL Bean Wildcat boots which I loved and wish they would bring them back.

Great Boots. I have 10 acres in a rural area with woods and gravel driveway and all sorts of rough terrain. These boots keep my feet warm as its winter here now. I don't have to worry about slipping or sliding on wet woods or pasture. Love Love the rugged soles OMGosh I feel safe in these boots.

These boots are just what I was looking for. The traction on these boots are like truck tires, and they are tough. The structure, comfort and style are perfect. I bought these in a size 8 (for extra toe room/ heavy socks/ Inserts) and I bought them in wide, because I was concerned they would be too narrow. I knew what to look for with these boots and they are well worth the expense. I'm so glad I bought these because they got me through a heavy winter.

These are THE BEST boots I've ever owned! I'm outside in the winter weather at least 8 times a day with my dogs, and my feet have never been so happy ! Zippers make it easy to get them on and off. Cozy fur lining, great traction in the snow, and great fit for my wide feet! LOVE them!

We are very happy with the fit of these wide size boots. They kept my feet warm and happy on walks in the woods.

These are my "go to" boots every day. The side zipper is the best. Once you have the boot on and laced up, you never need to lace them again, just unzip and go. The same with putting them on, put your foot in and zip. The tread is perfect for every day walking and hiking and keeping feet dry and warm. I bought wide to accommodate thick socks and have plenty of room. Love, love, love my new boots! I even take them on vacation!

Love these boots. Comfortable, flexible, lightweight and waterproof with a side zipper which makes them easier to put on/take off. Nice chunky laces look great and the fur trim makes the top of the boot more comfortable and I think looks good too. Highly recommend
