Soft leather, beautiful pewter neutral that will match many different outfits. The shoes do feel narrower than other Comfortivas that I own. Wore them to work and with new shoes, I'm always concerned about blisters or other rubbing issues. These were so comfortable and not a blister in sight. I'm trying to decide if I will biyanother pair in a different color.

These were too narrow even tho they are “wide.” They were also too small/narrow across the top of the foot, while simultaneously being loose at the heel. I liked the style. Would have been great if they fit!!

I generally wear a size 9. Some B widths are fine, but sometimes I need a W. In this case, Zappos recommended size 9-1/2, and because I wanted to make sure there was enough room in the toebox, I ordered a W. Sadly, even then, they didn't work. Both the length and the width were inadequate for my larger foot; the fit was good on my smaller one. So I think going another half size up wouldn't have worked, either. The shoes were nicely made and had excellent support, but for me, they just weren't going to be the comfortable walking shoes I wanted. I am returning.

Wonderfully comfortable. The dark pewter is beautiful, and the metallic leather makes it a dressier option than the other colors. The cushy footbed and padded collar at the back are great. My foot is usually between a medium width and wide width, and the wide width fit perfectly, so might be on the narrow side for a true wide width--but the leather is soft and pliable. The strap fastens with velcro (the buckle is decorative); while I would have preferred a true buckle, the velcro isn't noticeable and would make it a good shoe for someone with dexterity challenges too.

Disappointing. They do not feel like the quality expected at this price point. The support and craftsmanship was about the same as something half the price. The comfort and quality is not comparable to other brands at the same price point.

Poor quality. These reminded me of shoes that we used to pay $12.99 for at PayLess. Cheap construction, plasticy feel with no flexibility, and the buckle is glued over a cheap velcro attachment. Save your money.

Perfect

These are super cute, lightweight Mary Janes, wonderfully comfortable. However, the raised non-slip lip around the ankle goes up too high on my heel/ankle, & would dig into those areas very quickly. I do recommend these shoes to others—it's just that my feet are not thicker vertically and my ankle sits naturally lower than other people's do.

They were pretty but a little narrow. I’ve been wearing tennis shoes a lot so possibly my feet like more room.

These shoes are cute and looked good on my long, narrow feet. They are super narrow for a medium and about a half size too short.

Ordered my usual size, and could barely get my foot in. Felt at least one size too small. Returned.

I ordered a wide and the width felt fine. The toe box felt small on this shoe.

For the price we paid, we were surprised the "buckle" is not a true buckle. The "buckle" uses velcro to secure the strap. This was not disclosed in the product description. Very misleading. I'm returning because the velcro is a weak point and makes the shoes overall a poor quality build for the price paid.

The wide was truly wide and it felt like it fit in most of the shoes. However it was so big on me in the length, it felt like I was a full size up from my normal size.
