They are for walking and that is what they do best. The rocking forward motion takes a little bit to get used to but it does propel you forward as advertised. Great Keen quality as always. There is one thing you should know. They are made for walking, not standing. The high point of the sole is in the middle of your foot. Because it is not flat it creates a pressure point. We went to a concert and after a while my arch started to get sore. You can rock back and forth or stand more on your toes but that creates other issues. So great shoe in motion, not the best for general purpose.

Takes getting used to if accustomed to traditional sole. Once you do, very comfortable. A little wider in toe box than my other keens.

This was to be my 4th air of Keens but it had too high an instep and hurt my toes. I Have old feet so not necessarily the shoes fault

These seem to be built quite well and are extremely comfortable to wear for many hours at a time. They are definitely made for walking, and as others have said they have an almost rolling quality that encourages the next step again and again, one after the other. I am really happy with them. I bought two different pair for myself and a pair for my girlfriend, who feels the same way I do about them. If they were a small touch wider I'd like them even more, but this is barely enough to mention. I have been buying Keen shoes for years and this kind of satisfaction is the reason why.

Let me say up front the quality of the shoe appeared superb. No defects observed. Problem was I live in a mountainous area and with two total knee replacements the shoes did not feel good on my knees.

I used to wear N. B. Shoes but not anymore once I tried & wore my 1st sets of Keens Im a lifetime buyer & wearer of KEEN shoes & work boots !!

I bought a pair of keens about a week ago and they were making noises so I spoke with a lady who was able to help me. These are one of the best sneakers around and the customer service at keens is hands down the best of any company ever. Thank you all

Very comfortable.

just not cushioned enough for longer walks and little energy return. I have been walking 10k steps a day since covid started, and have gone through a half dozen of the top brand options looking for durable cushioning in a walking shoe. I hoped the wk400 would be the unicorn I have been looking for. but it isn't. definitely different, rocker propels you forward, and certainly seems durable, but I can only get about 5k in before back ache starts - unlike the Hoka or the Saucony I've tried for longer walks.

The website recommended upsizing a half size so I did and they were way too big. Since I ordered through a Military discount and live in Alaska I was told I was S.O.L. and had to pay out of pocket to send them back. I would have ordered the correct size if it weren't for Keen's recommendation, but I had to pay for their misinformation.

Like the shoes a lot .Wish they would come in more colrs

I walk 8 miles a day 5 days a week. These are the most comfortable shoe and believe me when I tell you on walking distance. Best of all was that they were in my size 15 extra wide.

Hated them, donated to goodwill.

A unique foot plan that is comfortable at walking speed. It requires some getting use to if you have to proceed slowly walking in a crowd or with someone who has a very slow pace.

Good walking shoe

I bought these on a whim, but also I trust the brand. They fit my large size 13 feet well. I can get plantar fasciitis, but the arch support is amazing. Comfortable shoe. Feels like I am walking on a cloud. Highly recommend!

Keen seems to have lost their way. They use to always have room in the toe box. Now even the Wide is NOT Wide. Sent them back.

Love my Keen's for my daily 1.5 mile dog walks. My legs feel great no matter how much I walk with them. Unlike other comfortable walking/running shoes I have also been impressed to date with the durability of soles. Comfort and durability is a great combination.

Could not get on comfortably

Keen does it again.... These shoes make walking easer while you feet are very cusioned and comfortable. They are my new favorite walking shoes.

I purchased these shoes because they where #3 on best shoes for walking with arthritis. They're light weight and I like the rocker motion in walking with them. They do have a smell to them selves. These shoes are a bit tight around the width of my foot, but that does not take away from the comfort after I get them on. Just tight to put on!

I have tried walking shoes from several brands and been disappointed by all of them. I even tried two models of my favorite running shoes and was disappointed in how quickly their outsoles wore out. I have finally found a walking shoe that is comfortable, supportive and durable. I like the workmanship and fit. I wouldnt change a thing!

Arch support seem to be off center.. Ive had numerous Keen shoes and love them but this style didnt feel right..

These shoes were such a bad fit, I let them sit while I tried on the different shoe I am currently wearing (and runs wide in the same size) then forgot to return them in 30 days. Oh well. Gave them away free on the street. Hope they fit whoever got them for free.
