I carried the white version of this bag all summer and LOVED it. I loved the size, the look, everything. I'd take off the strap to use it as an evening bag without needing to transfer my things. So chic. I ordered the Olive color for the winter/fall season and was so dismayed to see that it does not have the snaps!!! The snaps are essential to this bag. Otherwise, everything falls out and it's not really practical. I see in the pictures that they're only visible on the white bag. Why take them off???? The bag is a great value, we'd gladly pay another few dollars for the ability to secure the bag somewhat closed. I took off a star because this is a 5-star bag with the snaps. I'm not sure if it's practical to keep without them, but it's still cute and good value.

Item received has no side snap gussets as described. Same style no. on tag & packaging. Sent pictures to customer service, no response until now. iPhone pro max can fit diagonally.

This was the second bag I had sent to me in warm white. The first had no snaps on the gussets as pictured so it was returned. The second had no snaps as well and had a black mark on the front. Neither bag was as pictured. I went to the store the week before and the bag also had snaps, so Im not sure whats going on. The second bag was thrown in a box with no wrapping as requested. This has been an absolutely horrible experience with shipping, two wrong defective bags, and a lot of disappointment. In the end, its just a bag. Its being returned AGAIN and Ill stick to another brand or seek in store purchases.
