When my first purse came in it immediately started wearing within the first day. The coloring started fading on the uplifted areas of the purse. I returned it and got a replacement after fighting with customer service. The new one came and did the same thing. My purse looked like I had it for 10+ years within the first few days of having it and it continues to worsen every day. Will not be purchasing from this designer again.

Love the new color olive sprig. It fits for summer season. I can wear it on my daily looks using jeans and flat sandals/shoes. The size is not to small and not to big, fit to put my important things in to the bag. Love it

It is even more gorgeous in person. I have the matte black in the bigger version and wanted a smaller one. I have only used it once and had many compliments on it. I can fit my phone, keys, glasses and a smaller wallet in there and still have room more.

This bag is stunning. I did have to return only because its a cross body and the length of the chain was too short. Im 59 and it was way too short. Went back to the store and wanted to see if they have an extension, no luck. It they would just offer to make it about 4 more inches of optional chain, it would be perfect. Design is really beautiful

The cloud blue is more of a soft greyish blue. Very beautiful. The leather is soft and supple and I am trying not to scuff it as I am very clumsy.

First Tory Burch purse and I am in love! Good quality leather, beautiful and timeless design. I really like that the chain strap can be worn either as a cross body or shortened and carried on the shoulder. Love the color as well. I love it so much bought 2 more Tory Burch purses since then. Highly recommend!
