I purchased this bag in store recently and I love it so much. It is a classic color, with lots of space to carry all that I need when going out and is very good quality. I now have two of these bags in different color because I love the style and wear it very often. It can be worn crossbody and like a shoulder bag, making it great for everyday or going out. Love this bag so much, and would totally recommend and repurchase in more colors.

The vibrant, ice-blue sold as "Geyser" does not exist. Although my order email showed Geyser and had the above picture, the bag is a muted gray with slight blue tinge and the tag calls it "Mist". After contacting customer service about receiving the wrong item, they informed me Geyser does not exist as it and Mist are "the same". I can also say the chain handle is much lighter and cheaper feeling than the prior small Flemming that I was replacing. I missed out on better pricing for other colors on Black Friday and Cyber week to get this color, only to be disappointed.

I ordered this bag and the corrier left on top of the mailbox and it got stolen when I called costumer service they told me that they dont have nothing to do with that even tho they were the ones who sent the package with cheap carrier, SMH with all the prestige that this brand has I would expect more.
