Bought it for a granddaughter. Perfect timing with all of the recent snow in New England. She has been toasty warm in it as expected.

My 5 year old great nephew loves this shirt/jacket because it's warm on a chilly day and easy for him to close the opening since it has snaps.

My son had two of them that he was wearing for 3 years ( at 5 ,6, and 7 years - I bought size 6/7 and it fit him until now ). Now those are too small obviously so I am ordering a bigger size . They are really comfy , very warm , and great quality - after 3 years of wear , only on elbows they started to tear a bit , which is expected since he had them on all the time in school . So even though they are more expensive than some other brands , in a long run the price is totally justified . They could be great for hand me downs in families with multiple kids .

Smaller than expected but his younger brother is enjoying it

I bought the kids' XL for myself. I'm 5 feet 5.5 inches, 117 lbs, middle aged female. It looks fine unbuttoned, feels soft and comfy, and is just the right thickness for fall in CA. It fits properly in every aspect but the girth, which is enormous. This makes it much less warm than it should be, and not flattering when buttoned. It's so big around the tummy I could fit a small person under there.

Worn and washed once, yes I followed the washing directions, and it looks several years old. Sincerely disappointed, as you expect better for the price and the brand.
