It's comfortable

Like many others, I feel like uggs are not the same quality as they used to be. I don't mind the lyocel blend, but sizes are all over the place; boots come with defects; some styles are really strange fitting. This pair was pretty much third order. And they finally fit. Also, absolutely get the protection spray for water and stain proofing. (Last year's size 4 was too big two months ago, and this season's size four is either true to size or runs half a size bigger; honestly cannot tell).

I love these shoes and they are rlly cute but i feel like they can get creased easily which can ruin it a lot. for mine the inside fluff was kind of falling out

don't get the hype they look ordinary and lose their shape quickly.

super small bad customer service

I have ordered lots and lots of UGGs for myself, my husband, and our 3 kids. This pair has not held up. We got them maybe a month ago, or less. He has worn through the front of them, and they look awful. My other kids and my husband have the tasmans this season, and they still look nice. Not sure what happened with this pair.

Okay so 3 times we had to take back and ship every time the size is different than what we ordered. Kid size 5 was more like an 8 woman's it said size 5 but , ( i 5 in kids) opened the box to see a size 8so big my husband could fit in them. Then took to store asked for exchange but couldn't because it was naught online. So had to ship and wait for a refund then, waited for 3 weeks to find out they credited my account and not my card so had to call customer support. They sent me the code for my online credit.. was not happy with the return policy it is a really big issue for me. At the end my daughter loves these shoes. Next time I will just buy from store.

These are cute, but felt a little flimsy compared to other Uggs that I purchase. The quality just doesn't seem the same.

They were small in size 4 it's hard to put on the color is like Fading like dirty black

I've been getting uggs for over 15 years now and the quality has gone downhill the last couple of years. Not worth the price point at all anymore, only reason people buy these is because of the name.

When I was younger my Uggs would make it through everything. But I recently purchased these Ugg ultra minis and not only did every "Ugg trip" destroy the front of my Uggs but they are wore down already in the inside and it hasn't even been a year. I also sized down because I knew the insides would ware down after awhile but they came in too big so now they are two sizes too big. Honestly it kills me to say it but Uggs is not what it used to be and I think barepaw would have lasted me longer than the 3 months of wear that these Uggs have so far.

I love uggs. I buy them every year. Very warm and comfy but this purchase was not worth it. My daughter has had these for about two weeks we applied the Ugg brand protective spray but her Uggs are already ruined.

These are less than 2 months of wear and they were treated properly with the Ugg treatment spray.

I was really excited to buy these boots and loved them at first. However, after only a few weeks of light wear, noticeable creasing started to appear. I take good care of my shoes and only wore these about once a week during the winter season (being careful of rain, snow, and heavy walking days). What surprised me even more is that my friend's $50 off-brand boots held up better than my genuine UGGs. Within a week, the interior heel fluff flattened completely, and the boots started feeling loose and uncomfortable, as if they had stretched out. Then came the sudden creases and as of recent there are strings comming off and tears in the front of the boot and I haven't seen this happen to anyone else even though some have had their boots for years before mine. I submitted a warranty claim, but it was denied and labeled as "natural wear and tear," even though the boots are less than a year old and barely worn. For the price, I expected better durability and support. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed in both the quality and the warranty experience

Order kids size 6 after measuring per instructions--the ultra mini had at least a inch too much space. Too big!! Immediately exchange for size 5--which was in stock for the exchange info--then out of stock!!

For daughter, they were lopsided when received in mail, my daughter has OCD and she won't wear them so they just sit. I feel like we got a pair from the outlet store. Overall not impressed and they were not soft at all.

My order wasn't delivered, I'm very disappointed my daughter wanted those shoes for her bday

I just received mine today and they have no wool at the top of the boot they crease and look terrible

my daughter loves these but the quality of Uggs has diminished significantly. the wool inside the shoe mats right away. it becomes super flat and is not insulated in the way that it should be. We also both have the tasmans and its the same thing. I have my 6 year old uggs and the wool inside is still very fluffy and comfortable. I've been a customer for many years and have over 10 pairs of boots but this is definitely my sign to no longer buy them

The quality is the same as if you bought knock off versions. I have bought other "ugh dupes" for my daughter and the only difference is the "UGG" name brand. It could have just been that we got some UGGs where the quality wasn't the best.

Everytime I buy a new it get worse So cheaply made I use to love uggs but the quality has significantly lowered

These shoes are cute and comfortable, but they are absolutely not worth the price. I have had these shoes for less than a year and they are already ripping at the seams. I am not hard on my shoes and have never had this issue in the past. For the price, you can get much better quality.
