I have only tried them on. Have not worn them for a day yet. The craftsmanship looks good. And they are comfortable

Best shoe!

the Jag II are by far the best non steel toe boot i have ever owned. they are super light and breathable and stand up to the winter weather in WA. my feet are always dry no matter how wet it is outside. wish they made them in Wides but they still fit ok

Disappointing. Had planned to pair these waterproof boots with my excellent Danner Campos and use both to walk the Camino Frances September 2025, as conditions warranted. Out of the box the build is much like a sneaker. Sole is not stiff enough, and still testing on wet trails, I think they may be slippery. Biggest problem, they seem to run narrow, I have small normal width feet, measure 8. 5 US and bought 9 as typical with light hiking socks. Sides of both feet fatigued after a couple of miles, I discovered the outer sole is much narrower than typical on my old boots, sides of my feet seem to overhang the soles. I don't recommend these boots and they are not Camino worthy in my opinion.

I had the previous model and the soles were absolutely terrible in the winter. Borderline dangerous with now little grip there was. They touted that the Jag ii had an improved sole, and while it is SLIGHTLY better, it is still very slippery. For a waterproof winter shoe, these are an accident waiting to happen. Please improve it, I love the design but can't handle the slippery sole.

Cheap junk. The sole came off in about an hour. They make a floppy clunky sound when walking. The material is very cheap. Danner is garbage.

Very uncomfortable. there is a seam around the ankle area that caused a very uncomfortable fit. Both shoes have this seam. Ended up throwing the shoes in the trash.

Love these boots. Ive gotten so many compliments on the original Jags and they keep rolling in with the Jag 2. I wore a size 10 in the originals but a size 11 in the new style would be a perfect fit for me.

Most comfortable shoe Ive ever put on my feet

This is my second pair of Jag IIs. They are extremely comfortable and waterproof. The look is refined, but old school and versatile. My only complaint is the sole material is a bit slippery in some winter conditions. Overall a great boot from a great brand.

The fit, and the comfort of this is A+. I love the look of it, and I actually wear it to work 3-4 times a week! Lots of compliments too. Incredibly comfortable.

Love the style and look of the boot. Very comfortable. However, these simply were not waterproof. Even in minor rain they absolutely soak up water and leave your feet wet. Snow is even worse. Unfortunately, these are no different from basic sneakers for usage in any kind of inclement weather condition. They also are not very warm, though they are not advertised as insulated so that is to be expected. Additionally, I found the quality to be lacking somewhat. Lots of visible glue throughout the exterior and the leather is already deteriorating after a handful of wears.

Fit is perfect for my size 14.I like the look, and they are comfortable. I've always purchased Danner shoes or boots. This is now my 8th pair over 7 years. While price is not inexpensive, long term it is. My first pair are still in great shape. Yes, I also take care of my boots by cleaning and conditioning the leather.
