There was no arch support. I cannot wear shoes without good arch support.

This shoe is lovely but the toe area was too tight and pinched.

These were, indeed, comfortable out of the box! I was thrilled to find these looked good on my wide feet and were super comfortable. So glad I found these.

These shoes are so pretty in person! I got the nude/gold and they shimmer but are subtle! Not to tall and feel comfortable out of the box. I also like that the ankle strap is Velcro-so much easier to put on than a buckle!

The Wide fit is perfect. I ordered the medium as well, but it was too tight. The leather is stiff, but hoping it will loosen up.

These are so much cuter on the website than they are in person. I really wanted to love these, but the gold in the fabric is really obnoxious in person and combined with a sort of gold piping around the outer line of the footbed, the sandal just screams “old lady!” Also the height of the wedge is awkward and makes the shoe look frumpier. Either a lower (or even hidden wedge) or just 1/4” of a higher wedge would look more modern. Kudos for comfort and generous width; I ordered in a size 7.5 W and they fit true to size and width. However, I still have to send them back due to their frumpy look.

This shoe is very stiff in the front and rubbed into the top of my foot.

I was so excited to get these shoes because I need a neutral summer sandal that goes with everything. Sadly, I returned them because I didn’t realize that the neutral beige color has a lot of gold threading running through it that makes the sandal look cheap. While very comfortable, these look a bit like orthotic sandals and are not very flattering on the foot. I wanted something more stylish. If comfort is your number one priority, you might love these. I am a 6-6.5 in sandals and ordered the 6.5. I could possibly have gone down to a 6 so I’d say they run slightly big.

Really cute. Wish the pink was not SO pale but nice. I didn’t realize that the strap isn’t a real buckle but is Velcro. Hoping that doesn’t start to fail.

Very cute but heels were too high for me because of arthritis. They were just thrown in the shoebox without being toe to heel and no tissue paper. Whoever tried them on before me was very inconsiderate and Zappos made no effort to correct it. That said I would have kept them if the heels were lower.

Such a cute shoe and I really wanted it to work. I have a somewhat narrow foot and toe bed yet the shoe was so tight around toes it did not feel good. It's usually the opposite with shoes - it's too big right there! So these had to go back.

Ordered these in the light pink suede. Surprisingly 6.5 fit; normally I take a 6W. The shape and height were good, but the color was more of a pale taupe and I didn't like the superfluous, noisy velcro underneath the adjustable ankle straps. Overall they weren't cushioned and lightweight enough to be a keeper, sadly.

Couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. length was good but width was more like a B width! I had to send them back!
