My son bought me a pair for Christmas. I've been wearing them for two days. They are supposed to be size 12, but they are very uncomfortable because my toes push against the tip of the slippers. I hate that he spent money on these and they don't fit right.

Not enough cushion on insole

Not good for people with wide feet

The shoe itself is comfortable, the issue is tightening them. The strings hang out very long and they don't look how they're supposed to. The only way I've seen to tighten them is to re-tie the knot and cut the strings.

Ordered size 12 and they were too small, sent them back for a larger size. The 13 that arrived was too big. Hey dudes need to come in half sizes. Now I can't find my my order to return them so I guess I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit

They were a poor fit and no half sizes to accommodate my foot.

One shoe was either labeled wrong or something supper floppy compared to the other nice fit. Husband complains about it saying it feels like he's wearing flip flops with how much movement is in the one shoe.

Very disappointed it says relaxed fit but they are too tight in length and width.

Unfortunately with these shoes I cannot wear them...I need half sizes...a 7 hurts my big toe and 8's are too big...I gave them to my sister

Got the same size my husband wears in these being the same size his other Hey Dudes are and when received they were too big. Will need to send them back. I checked online and now the same shoe is sold out. Disappointed.

Purely preference issue. Design is pretty bad. In the pic is looks great but in reality looks a lot like slippers. Shoe is fine.

They came in a bag. I looked used was told system was down. Couldn't do exchange that. I had to send them back on my dime. And then reorder i'm not happy

Didn't like the style

The shoelaces are so thick and rub directly against my foot, causing blistering. My Bruno Marc shoes that cost half the price of Hey Dudes are much more comfortable. Very disappointed.

The fit was really snug and my toes felt like they were going to bust through. Disappointed considering this is my 3rd pair of Hey Dudes, just something about this style isn't as comfortable as other Wally's.

I followed the sizing chart exactly how its says and the shoes are too small. They dont do exchanges in canada. I called in to see what we could do but did not want to help. I also now lost my discount code and have to pay out of my pocket(30$) to ship them back after using their sizing chart.. its unfortunate because the shoes are nice.

Will never purchase hey dudes ever again! Not online or in person, horrible customer service, out of $20 delivery fee lol. Company is a joke. Sanuks over hey dudes.
