I love the shoes but they keep flopping off my heels. Was I supposed to size down? I got my size which is 8. They don't feel too big but definitely uncomfortable. What type of socks am I supposed to wear??

These boots are adorable but run a whole size too big. Returning for a size 6, which typically are too small in UGGs for me .

It's cute don't get me wrong but the platform is a little to big and it doesn't bend as you walk so it's a little awkward and the ankle isn't tight fitting enough so it feels like it's going to fall off with every step I take.

Bought this as a Xmas present from my mom to my daughter. She absolutely LOVES them.

Boots are so great. I love them

Had to exchange for a different size, easy return & very quickly got the size I needed sent back to me.

I love these shoes but are they uncomfy.

She was very excited to test out the fit and walk around in the city. However, shoe felt somewhat heavy and uncomfortable to wear for long period of time.

Size doesnt fit me

I received these boots and fell in love with them. They are wide from the sole which will give stability to every step. The quality seems to be good and sizing seems true to size. I have not tried them yet, because in California it's still very warm. Bought them in black and the color is just vibrant. Will update my review once I wear them.

I loved the look but my foot would not stay in the shoe-returned as not comfortable

The boot is ok, not very flexible bottom. I bought an 8 in tazzman Streetscape and it was tight. I bought an 8 in these and it slips off my heel when I walk making this style uncomfortable.

I like the item for the look however, the fit not so much. The boot flops off of your feet when you walk. I had to buy heal/ankle pads for more support so they won't flop so much when I walk. I really wanted to rate this higher but for that reason alone it's 2 stars.

They get dirty fast

I was super excited and hyped about this product. It's really cute! But the elastic around the ankle was not tight enough and my foot kept slipping out of the shoe. It feels really uncomfortable to the point where my feet hurt after wearing it for 10 minutes. I also sized down, I'm a size 10 and bought a size 9. My feet are a little wide but this is not my first pair of Uggs so I was a little shocked that my foot started hurting. The shoe itself feels stiff and super uncomfy. Unfortunately I would not recommend this product!!!

I'm a size 9 and these did not fit. When I walk in them they slip off. Size down.

I love the design so chic and cute but uncomfortable on the heel. It rubs on the back of your heel when you walk. I'm a size 8 I got a size 8 the size 7 was to tight and was giving toe prints in the front the size 8 was a perfect fit but it rubs on the back of my heel.

The shoe looks amazing!!! Very stylish and you can dress down or pair with a casual look. Now, I could only give these nice looking shoe two stars because the shoe is designed totally wrong. When you walk, the shoe slips off the heel. Shoe is true to size. There is a manufacturer issue within the shoe itself. Hopefully Ugg will pause the sells on this shoe, fix the issue and resume. I would totally buy if the heel issue is fixed.

Didn't like it and so very big

I loved the style concept but upon wearing I realize that the boot is not practical it slips off your foot with every step due to the high platform & little ankle support. The ankle part is not very tight and your foot sort of flops around in the boot. I also noticed these are extremely stiff compared to other uggs I've purchaser. Really disappointed because I do love the way they look.
