I bought these boots in October and I have worn them probably 20 times. Even though the boots are super comfortable and chic, for no apparent reason the fur has started to rub off in certain areas of the shoe leading them to look like a balding vermin attached to my foot. This is super disappointing as this was my first pair of Uggs and I was under the impression that the boots were known for their longevity.

Even with super careful wear, the "hair" is falling out anywhere it makes contact with another surface. Like I woe them with jeans once, and anywhere denim rubbed in the hair there's a bald spot. Super disappointing for almost $200 boots.

Like another reviewer, I bought the boots and LOVED them, but over the process of a few ears some of the fur has completely fallen off, leaving apparent bald and shiny spots. This should not have happened, especially because as soon as I had noticed the problem start I was extra careful, didn't wear them in the rain, and made sure not to rub them on anything, but the fur kept falling out. I had a local shoe store order them for me, so I'm not quite sure the process to take, but I believe I deserve a refund. Overall very upset, especially because this is not my first bad experience with the quality of Ugg boots. I had a pair of platform minis and I had to superglue the soles back on and sew back together some unraveling seems. My dupes lasted way longer than either of the real pairs.

I couldn't get my foot to the bottom of the boot. The calf is beautiful but makes it hard to get into the boot.

It's been 2 weeks since I bought my boats, I've wore them 5 times, my boats have a dent in the front. The dent is not going away. Idk. I've worn them, so I can't even return or exchange them
