Really wanted to love these. They fit so weird, my heel kept slipping out, I even downsized and that didn't help.

I originally ordered a size 10 that is usually my size. Then sized down to 9.5 and it still slips off the back of my feet. Also, the shoe that was sent looks used with a crease on the side of the suede. I have to return them. I am going to try them once more in a size 9.

I was very disappointed at how uncomfortable these shoes are especially because my daughters & I have several Ugg shoes which are comfortable. I wore them for a few hours & got a huge blister. They are also very hard to get on. I can't imagine I'd need a smaller size to prevent blisters bc I struggle to get them on now. I'd return them if I could but unfortunately I've worn them already,

I expedited shipping so I could get them by the weekend. I'm a solid 6.5 and these ran in half sizes. They were HUGE. Even with thick socks. Had to send them back. Super cute but so big!

To wide and to big even so ordered my size 8.5, the shoes were to big and heavy...

The boot is super cute but the sizing is way off. I wear a 9 and ordered an 8 after reading the reviews. It still slid off my heal so I exchanged them for a 7 1/2 and it fit better but was extremely hard to get my foot into. In the end, I just ended up returning them.

This boot is cute and all but absolutely the most dangerous shoe I've ever owned. First there's no support, they're not lined with typical Ugg fur or form fitting and the heavy platform already makes your balance iffy. I fell in these (I was standing on an escalator not even walking my ankle just gave out) and had to immediately rush to the doctors. Still waiting on my X-ray results but my ankle swelled to something absolutely atrocious. NOT WORTH IT.

too bulky

I have many pairs of uggs and these were comically large. I wanted very much for the still to be a win, but these were absolute boats on my feet. Returned.

I found these clumsy. They are not lined so that was a major disappointment.

I thought these would be a great winter mini bootie. The boot cuts into my foot in the front. The dude is very thin and not padded. It's not at all warm.

They run big

I went down a size per other reviews. The ankle/opening was still way too big and my ankle was not secure Yet, the bottom was way too tight. Overall just a weird fit.

RETURNED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY. POORLY MADE AND HARD. RUNS BIG AND THEN TOO SMALL.

This shoe is a hot mess and seems to be defective. I have tried it 3 times. I am done and they are just off. Slipping off the back of the heel still. I have tried my normal size 10, 9.5, and 9. I would not recommend the time or the thought of purchasing it. I will be returning for the final and last time.

I ordered my normal size and it was way too big. They would not let me do an even exchange for a smaller size and said I had to pay the current price which was $31 dollars more. I have never had a retailer do this to me. In addition, the person on the live chat was rude about it.

Runs big

I went to exchange it for a half size smaller and was going to have to pay a higher price. Hardly seems like good customer service

I ordered a 1/2 size down and they fit but slipped when you walked. Another 1/2 would have been too small. They were not made right I guess.

Cute shoe but too big, especially around the ankle.
