The color and fit are not wonderful, my husband decided to keep them anyway.

I workout regularly and have relatively large legs/glutes as a result. My typical waist size is 36". I bought a 35 in these pants originally, assuming it's fine because they will stretch. Boy was I wrong. The fit wasn't even remotely close. . . far more than an inch off. So I returned them and bought a 40, figuring it'll be fine if I size way up as I'm going to use a belt anyway. The 40 actually fit me just right and I don't wear a size 40 in any other pants. If you aren't a 6'3 beanpole, please make sure you size up.

nice chinos, like the fabric. Pockets were sewn wrong, defective, and sewn shut in places. I would expect better quality construction from LL Bean

ordered two the same size, they were labeled the same size but they were not and needed to return one. bad quality control

The material seemed so old and worn--I felt like I was putting on a pair of my three-year old slacks. No body whatsoever.

Had to send these back because the color was so confusing and they turned out to be too dark. I really wanted these to work out but didn't even try them on.

Great for a man with no butt and chicken legs. Not good for an athletic build. Waistline a 33" was perfect, inseam at 34" is true. Far too tight to be comfortable in buttocks, package, thigh muscles. Good thing the fabric slightly stretches. For reference, my son is 6'1" and 195lbs. Had to return two other pairs of pants with no stretch, classic fit.

I bought a size 34, wow makes me feel big, I probably need a size 36. I bought a size 34 in another pant, then a size large in a sweater and feel I might drown in the sweater, the pants are a good fit. Now I have to pay to exchange

I don't like stretch clothes I tried but they feel too weird

I wish I had paid more attention to the back pockets in the photos because they make the pants look like they were purchased at JCPenney. I honestly can't believe LLBean makes a product THIS BAD.

Opened package to discover someone had rolled up cuff of one leg about 4 inches. Thought it odd that I would get pants that someone else wore, but tried them on to discover what the other person had discovered... the length was about 34" instead of the 30" ordered. Of course I had to pay return shipping, even though it was LLB's obvious error. I had been a decades-long customer. 'Nuff said.

The pants fit well the first morning I wore them but by evening the fabric had completely lost it's "body" and seemed to loosen making the pants look like an oversized pair of sleep wear. I spoke to LLBean and was told that because the leg length had been shortened, they could not be returned nor did they offer an adjustment. The representative seemed to have no interest in even bringing the quality problem to the attention of management.

Fits super big, had to return would likely order 32x30 rather than 34x32
