I bought this and absolutely love it. Been trying to downsize and this is perfect. It holds what I need and made it easy for me to carry just what I need, especially after my recent shoulder surgery. I have 2 id them.

I returned this product. To small. UPS delivered to Zappos over two weeks ago. Still no refund. Customer service stated it hasn’t been scanned in:( Two weeks to scan in and process a return is ridiculous. Don’t order from this company. Nothing but excuses.
