Ive been looking for a while for a backpack that wasnt too small or too big and this is the perfect size. Fits so much and very functional. I liked this back so much I ended up purchasing two of them! They are beautiful, well made backpacks. They will be my go-to for travel.

I loved the style of this bag. It has great features and has so much capacity (not what I was expecting). It also has so many pockets and I love the scratch-resistant pocket feature for my phone. I highly recommend this bag!

This bag is a perfect purse/backpack hybrid. It functions both as a tote and as a backpack. One of its best features is the doctor bag opening. It opens from the top, hold a ton, and it is easy to find everything. The fabric is stain resistant. It is light and comfortable on the back.

This is my third backpack in this style. Its the most functional work and travel backpack Ive come across. Easy to get into lots of handy external pockets, and a laptop sleeve. I even bought one for a family member for an overseas trip because its such a great bag.

I just got this a few weeks ago and plan on using it for a 16 day trip in a few weeks. It is my first top load backpack and is a little smaller than I expected. However I have packed what I intend to carry and have room to spare. The smaller profile will help on the planes. The wipeable surface, phone pocket and large water bottle pocket are nice features.

I am a field support sales rep who also serves aa the VP Comm for a non-profit. I previously had a Soho.. Loved the convenience of the handles, how it stays open and sits up when I am working at the headquarters, yet is stylish enough to take into a client office for training. General the pockets were in the right place, but the water bottle holders didnt fit my bottles, and the laptop space fit my personal 13 Samsung laptop, but was very tight with my 15 Dell for work. I kept wishing they had this in a little bigger model. Then my dog chewed through the handles during a Zoom call, so I had to go shopping. Lol. Lo and behold I see the Chelsea, which seems to have everything I wanted with the Soho! I love the expandable water bottle holder, as it fits my 32oz Yeti. The extra cell phone lines pocket fits both my work and personal phones, keeping them in a place by themselves. The outer pocket easily holds my mouse & chargers. best of all, my 15 laptop fits nicely (I even can carry both!). The key holder strap is also a perfect editing, as my keys got lost sometimes in the Soho. I loved the design of my imitation snakeskin handle/ of the Soho, so had to go with boring black for the Chelsea.

I love the array of pocket choices. The zippers on the side for expansion help with bigger water bottles.

This was the backpack I decided on after days of comparing and my first purchase from Baggallini. When I received it I was excited. When I opened it and checked it out there were things I didn't like. So I returned it. When I saw the friend that first showed me the bag and I asked what kind she had it was the one I had returned. I will be ordering it again!

Ive had several Totes over the years with each evolution adding elements I wished for - this bag has it all and I cant wait to test it out on my next trip. I need to carry a small laptop, plus tech cords, and carry-on essentials. The expandable side pockets, phone pocket, outside zipper are fantastic amenities. I have several Baggalini crossbody bags for traveling and am known to give them as gifts - excellent quality and reliable.

Disappointed that it doesn't come in water-resistant fabric.
