ordered black however was sent “brown”. Also a nice shoe, will keep.

i order Potting Soil and send black again

I ordered this shoe in brown twice and was incorrectly sent the black shoes both times. I called customer support who offered to order it a third time but I gave up. They must have the wrong inventory sticker on the shoe boxes or something. I tried the black on for fit and size and they fit great. I just couldn’t get the brown pair sent to me unfortunately.

Returning item for the second time. First time wrong color was sent instead of "potting soil," black was shipped. Called Zappos customer service and they assured that they will send the chosen color. But unfortunately they shipped black color again. Someone needs to check their staff. Either they do not read the instruction, or are oblivious to the order. Also, these shoes run very big. I am size 9 (both 8-8-5 and 7-7-5 are too big). They are not manufactured in Europe but in PRC.

I ordered black and they sent me brown. Based on the trend reported by all reviewers, Zappos obviously has a quality issue with this particular shoe. I called them and brought their attention to this re-occurring issue. Such a shame, don't remember seeing this from them in the past.

Love the shoe unfortunately they sent me brown instead of the black I ordered. The box in non-descript (not factory) on outside so no way externally to tell what's inside without opening - looking and comparing to product inside against what was ordered.

Zappos completely hosed the ordering and shipment of these shoes. They sent me 3 pairs of the wrong color shoes. Miss after miss after miss. Each time I called customer service I asked if they could call down to the warehouse and ensure I was getting the right color shoes. Lip service only, no actions or competence. Turns out that Zappos only have the Pottery Brown version and they 'send me what they have' instead of the one I wanted. Over time, I've read that Zappos has excellent customer service but I'd don't really feel this way. Aggravated....lost significant time, and money, and I still don't have shoes...
