Good quality. Half a size larger than shoe size, recommend ordering slightly smaller than shoe size. Returns and exchanges were simple and easy.

These boots are really stylish, and I wish I could rate them highly, but the second time I put them on the pull strap on the right boot heel broke off.

Had for less than a week and the pull strap broke

I bought these shoes and there was a black scuff on the shoe. I returned for another pair and when I received them the left shoe had 2 noticeable blemishes. I returned the shoes for a refund. I'm disappointed at this transaction. I come to expect better quality from Florsheim shoes.
