Should make the opening of the shoe wider or with more stretch

These shoes are super cute but they sent me too small of a size

We have bought several of these pairs in all different shapes and sizes. They started school Aug 20th and today is September 18th and the soles are already out. So although they are cute and seem to fit well for all three of my girls it's clear somethings not right. The soles always come out!!! Then it's hard for them to get their shoes on!

My daughter picked out these shoes at the mall. The shoe string broke completely today after buying them less than 3 weeks ago. Her teacher ended up having to tie the shoe until she got home. She loved the comfort, but I'm not happy with the quality.

After less than one week of wear the sole of the shoe is "broken" shoe makes a popping sound with every step and that my child can feel and is uncomfortable making these new back to school shoes unwearable.

Kid is not happy with comfort! He likes how they look but it's impossible to walk in them! Very disappointed!

pathetic quality.. ripped from the top in few days even used in a normal way... waste of money

The actual opening with a foot slides into is very small. I tried cutting the edges a little bit to make it wider and it's still didn't work. My grandson couldn't get his foot in it.

The first order I received to left foots and a box that didn't belong to the shoes I'm still waiting for the credit. The second order after wearing 3 times the side laces pop.

The laces broke the first time he wore them. They weren't cheap either. So disappointed

So disappointed! My son wore these for the first time today and loved how they looked and felt, but one of the straps broke after wearing for only a day! We had saved them until his old ones wore out too so are outside the return window. It won't hold the laces in place now so the shoes are unwearable.

They sent me 2 left shoes which I didn't notice till after my return window was closed (I bought a size up for my growing son). They refused to take blame and now I am left with unusable shoes. Beware!

My son has only worn the shoe four times and the shoe lace snapped in half. We've purchased this style multiple times and he's never had this issue.

Sneakers arrived damaged. A loop was no longer attached to the seam causing the laces to come off. Unwearable.

Shoe was garbage. Ugly and shoe chart was off. Never again.

Very beautiful shoes, my son likes it very much. Very easy to wear. Will buy again next time

Interior part is keep coming put. I want to return it, but it's too late

Really surprised by poor quality, we've had the same shoes before and they were fine. These ones broke after my son wore them three times

Nice looking shoes. Terrible quality Had only worn for a short period of time and laces broke loose.

My 8yo has been wearing them for only a month. He's not really all that active, but one of the shoes already developed a squeaky sound within the insole. It annoys him constantly. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone.

Do not buy unless you want to be ripped off. Shoes broke within first wear making them unwearable

Shoes were tight and this is the size I get my for a bit bigger fit.

Lace holder broke within 2 weeks of purchase without being worn. Went to exchange with tag and receipt on hand and the employee said it wasn't allowed unless I had the box like what? I didn't even get a box
