The GTS 24 are hands down the most comfy running sneaker I've experienced right out of the box-they fit me like a glove! They are sleek, sharp, and more flexible than the typical stability sneaker but still have great cushioning (especially in the heel) and support. The Adrenaline does not have a clunky feel that seems to be standard of support sneakers, making it a great option for multiple activities from running, walking, to chasing around energetic toddlers or running errands. The soft and lightweight fabric feels great while running but Im interested to see how easy they will be to clean overtime. The Adrenaline has exceeded my expectations and is a breath of fresh air on my postpartum running journey. Im excited to test them out on race day for an upcoming 5k. These have now become my new daily go tos!

As someone who is working to build my mileage back up, the fit and feel of this shoe is similar to other models Ive run in from this brand, and I expect that these shoes will also last me through a few hundred miles of training. The shoe holds my foot well without being heavy or overbearing.
The design is a classic but clean running shoe look. I wore these to work one day to break them in a bit before my lunchtime jog, and they were easy to match to my work attire.
The fabric is soft, smooth, and comfortable but a little thick. I think the shoe would breathe better if some of the fabric had been a bit lighter, or if they eliminated some of the layers.
I like the arch support in the shoe the best as someone who has struggled from a lack of arch support in the past. Overall, theyre comfortable and feel like they should last through training miles.
I would change the design of the upper and heel area. The outer heel area has odd bumps that dont hurt anything, but I didnt feel that they added anything to the shoe either. During the winter, Im sure the upper would be great, but the shoe gets hot quick when running in the summer time. If they made the upper a bit lighter and more breathable, I wouldve had a better experience on some of the hot days I ran using these shoes.

The Adrenaline GTS 24 lives up to its GTS name and delivers on style and support. The design is a favorite a subtle standout that works for casual or athletic wear. And the material has a mesh-like network that moves with you and is breathable. I love that these shoes have a wider stance and strong support, but without the heavy feel to them. My legs and hips feel supported so that I can walk or run as long as I need to. The cushion in these shoes easily absorb impact in such a way that it never feels like my feet hit the hard ground. For me, these shoes are true multitaskers, and I recommend them to everyone for all activities. I put them to use in the gym, trail running, fast walking, and for standing at work. They look good, they provide top support, and they last a long time. I found the fit to be overall true to size with a wider toe region. The support cushioning is snug in a good way, and never tight.

I never shopped for a sneaker that had purpose in terms of, this is going to be great for my ankle. I usually shopped for what looks nice and what is comfortable. When you open a box from Brooks, it feels like you shopped for a purpose. The presentation of the sneaker itself makes you feel like they thought of it all. They feel like a new sneaker met with an older sneaker. I say that because it was a bit bulky but in a sleek way and the fabric was lightweight. I liked that it wasnt a low sneaker and gave me some height. The sneaker hugged my foot in all the right places. I wore it to the US open events which consisted of alot of standing and walking, and my feet were not tired. These are now my go tos when I know I am walking alot or if doing cardio. The support these sneakers give are 5 star. I wouldnt change anything. The sneakers are purposeful and the style and color of it was perfect.

I was a fan of Brooks sneakers before my experience of these Adrenaline GTS 24s, and they did not disappoint! They fit comfortably and true to size and provide exceptional comfort beneath my feet for both walking/errand running as well as my short distance treadmill jogging. I am very pleased with the support they provide especially while running. My only complaint with fit is that there is a slight discomfort under the outer top edge of each foot where one of the support contours pushes a little to hard into my foot. The toe area is also a little less tight than I prefer. However, both of these notes regarding fit may resolve with wear over time.
These sneakers are very trendy in terms of design. However, I personally prefer sneakers with at least one pop of color so the design is not my favorite. They look sharp and coordinate well with a wide variety of attire, but don't quite appeal to me from a design perspective as much as they would with even a little splash of color.
I love that these sneakers provide excellent support, coordinate well with apparel, and come from a brand that I know makes durable and quality products. I wouldn't do much to improve them aside from creating a wider variety of design options.
Overall I love these sneakers and they have become my new go-to shoes for gym nights and busy days of errands!

The Adrenaline GTS 24 has been a welcome newcomer in my shoe rotation. The cushion has what Im looking for as far as comfort and support. The shape and fit is easy to love because it hugs my foot easily and gives me both front to back support as well as lateral support, which is helpful when cross training. Ive worn Brooks Ghost for the past 15+ years and have now found a similar shoe with plenty to love. Expect a shoe thats true to size, supportive and cushioned, and a friend to cross-training, long-distance runs, and demanding workouts.

Years ago I would train for half marathons and run what I called "a 5k a day to keep the doctor away". These days I do more fast walks pushing a stroller and weekend hikes in sneakers. The Adrenaline GTS 24 honestly stood up well on city pavement and on the trails. The shoe itself felt like a hug around my feet. I was initially worried about the fact that I often roll my ankle when hiking over roots and rocks. The low ankle support made me nervous but because of the wide base and snug fit I had no issues at all (a rarity for me). Fabric is nice and breathable. I liked the flexibility of the sole a lot because it felt like it gave me more stability on uneven terrain. At the same time this feature does allow you to feel more of what you are walking on. Avoid sharp rocks if possible because the pressure can be felt through the sole!

I've just recently gotten back into jogging after several years and wanted to invest in a high-quality running shoe. I am mainly running on a treadmill and have found these new Brooks Adrenaline GTSs to be very supportive and comfortable. They are very springy and the fabric is breathable. I love the simple/classic style of the shoe.
Initially thought the heel cushion was too firm/tight but now I really like it and it adds stability to my heel. I've had Achilles tendonitis in the past and that hasn't been a problem with these new shoes. Looking forward to logging lots of miles with these.

Adrenaline GTS 24 has become my new go-to sneaker for running and everyday use! This is the first time I've worn a sneaker from Brooks and I'm so glad I gave these a try! I have flat feet and normally grab insoles to put in my sneakers, but not with these! These offer the best arch support that Ive ever experienced! The fit of this sneaker is spot-on perfect and the comfort is impeccable and makes me feel like Im walking in clouds! Adrenaline gts24 is crafted beautifully, and the fabric holds so incredibly well! I adore the design of the shoe, and its easy to pair with most neutrals. Theres nothing I would change about these sneakers. I would buy them again and again!!

Ive used these shoes for both road running as well as trail. On trails the surface has both dirt as well as gravel. The shoes grip the surface well and made me confident I wouldnt have any issues with slips or trips. The pair is one of the most comfortable running shoes Ive ever worn. I am plus size and want to make sure my feet are both supported and cushioned. These shoes protect my ankles and cushion the balls as well as the heels of my feet. I dont experience as much exhaustion or soreness both during the run and afterwards. The white color can get dirty a little quickly but I am able to wipe off some of the grime. The mesh portion of the shoe is flexible and that allows me to move my toes which I appreciate. After knotting the laces they did not come untied (a usual problem for me) through my runs. I absolutely plan to wear these daily from now on.

I really love the fit and feel of the adrenaline gts 24. I have a naturally high arch and Brooks are the only sneakers I can wear without added off brand insoles and feel supported by the support straight out of the box. Life has been busy and our whole house is back to school, myself as the school nurse at an insanely busy elementary school. I wear these all day, 5 days a week, and never have aches in my knees, hips, lower back or feet which has been common place for other shoe companies. I can take these on a run and shin splits are a thing of the past. At 35, I find myself achier in general but am put at ease when I live in a Brooks tennis shoe. I feel like with these I can go from casually dipping my feet back into running, to truly loving the run again without the pains I had in my 20s when I knew nothing about Brooks. The design of these is nice but I do feel like the outside parts of the shoe that face the inside could be a little cuter, they look bulky without any detail on the inside and come off a little geriatric. Someone asked if I was wearing two different shoes when my legs were crossed. Overall, I think this is a functional shoe for running as a light cross trainer with excellent support, but its also something that can be worn daily without issue of pressure points in the feet. These shoes make me want to run more. Fabric is breathable and I dont get the super tight feeling across the top of the bridge of my foot where the laces are that I have when I wear some other shoes, with these I never have problems with circulation or losing feeling in my toes. I can lace them up securely without pain later in the day. I like the support, my only wish is that the we could not sacrifice the padded supportive bottom by making it a touch cuter for everyday wear!

I am very happy with these sneakers. Comfort comes first and foremost for me when it pertains to what goes on my feet, and these Adrenaline GTS 24 have me covered. They feel great while running and walking, don't rub anywhere uncomfortably, and offer fantastic support. I especially like the heel cushion, which is larger than I've seen in other sneakers and incredibly nice. They fit perhaps a little large, but I'm not sure it's enough to recommend sizing down.
They look fantastic on, and can easily be worn both running and casually. Casually they are super cute with a pair of jeans or even a maxi dress. They aren't clunky, and the color I got pairs with almost anything, making them very versatile. The color is light though, and so they do get dirty easily. I had a little trouble getting some smaller stains out completely, though they are shoes so this is bound to happen. The material is breathable and comfortable!
These offer absolutely fantastic support while running, and may be my favorite sneakers that I've worn so far during runs. They needed no breaking in, and have made my runs so much more enjoyable. I think the only thing I would change for my next pair of Brooks is a darker color. I'm very pleased with these, and would recommend them to my friends for both running and walking. They are my first pair of Brooks and certainly will not be my last!

The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 sneakers are absolutely awesome! When I slipped my feet into the shoes for the first time, my immediate thought was, "These are like a loving hug for the feet!"
The shoe is made of a nice, lightweight, and very breathable material that is neither too stiff or too loose/stretchy. The laces have a very slight elasticity to them, which allows you easily tie your shoes to the perfect tightness without having to readjust the laces.
The padding inside of the shoe, around the ankle area, is Heavenly, and provides excellent support and comfort without feeling bulky in any way. The insole of the shoe really impressed me. I have high arches and have a very hard time finding a shoe that provides the right support in the arch area of the foot, but these mold to my feet and provide the perfect amount of support without needing special insoles. The DNA LOFT nitrogen injected sole is unique and innovative. It provides a solid, balanced surface for your feet, providing a nice little "bounce" without being too soft or too hard.
Overall, these shoes are absolutely amazing for indoor/outdoor running, the gym, walking, and/just everyday wear. I am beyond impressed with these shoes and they have quickly become my everyday, "go-to" shoe. They are a truly great shoe and I highly recommend!

I’m so frustrated with these shoes! This is the 2nd pair of Brooks to get a hole in the toe when I wash them. I just got these in the fall of 2025 so they are maybe 7 months old. I only walked on concrete with them and they got so dirty that I had to wash them. I feel like the quality in these shoes isn’t that great anymore.

I have always been a Brooks girl but I’ve been so disappointed with the last 2 pairs I’ve bought. I just got these about 6 months ago. First, the color was a mistake. They get filthy even when I’m walking on pavement. I washed them and they looked a little better but did not clean up as I had hoped. Then they developed a hole in the mesh. This is the 2nd pair that did that after washing. The other pair was older so I wasn’t that upset but these are practically new! I’m going to be looking for a different brand of walking shoes unless Brooks can make their shoes more resilient!

This is my 2nd attempt at the Adrenaline GTS. This time because I lost the Launch GTS. One run in them and I’m done. I found these to have no support…especially in the sides. The loose mesh perhaps. My foot is all over the place. They gap at the ankle, making my ankle feel unsupported, but the laces are too short to lace all the way to the extra hole. How do we make running shoes with laces that are too short to lace up the whole shoe?? These are going back, and I’ll try another line.

I have worn the Brooks Adrenaline for years. And I have always been happy with the fit & support. This one is not at all like the previous versions. This one feels much cheaper made. I wear a narrow shoe and this one is much wider than previous models. This model does not have near the support of the previous models, to the point where there is so little support, it has caused me foot issues. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this shoe.

I have worn Brooks Adrenaline for the last 5 years. GTS22 were my favorite. These hate my feet. The heel is a little huggie in the back, but after wearing the shoes for a bit, the narrower toe bed makes them unwearable.
