I have had feet issues for a while now and these have been so comfortable. I pair them with an Aetrex orthodic and wish I could find the same thing in a hiking shoe. Will be buying them again.

I have been buying Brooks for years. Normally I order a half size up because the brand seems to run small compared to others. As soon as I opened the box, I could already tell that the shoes would be too big. Tried them on and discovered that I had a good inch of room from the top of my toes. Compared them to my Brooks Ghost in the same size and they are indeed bigger/longer. Returning them for my normal size in other brands.

I have never ordered a Brooks Adrenaline GTS that didn't fit. In the case of this particular pair of shoes, the left foot fit perfectly---BUT the right foot was at least a half size shorter. My big toe was pushing against the side of the shoe. Even though both shoes were marked as a size 12, the right shoe was clearly not a size 12.

Tongue on right shoe is sewn defectively. Shoes seem more narrow and long than usual Brooks. I have a grey pr, navy pr, 2 black pr, and a multi-colored pr. Disappointed.

It was comfortable, I got my regular size 9 but it felt a half size smaller. Also one of the shoes was very squeaky!

I've always worn Brooks Adrenalines but this model hurts my feet! Not enough room in the toe box and I feel the lack of arch support (yes I could put in a special insert but usually I can wear Adrenalines without having to do that).

Beautiful shoe. Cushioning footbed. However a bit tight feeling. I will try another style.

So comfy!

Narrow at the Heel. Arch support is good, doesn't fit me right.

this generation of the sneaker is designed with a much wider toe box than earlier generations so it's a no go for me--clunky looking and not good for a narrower foot

Very comfortable, great arch support, lightweight. Everything I was hoping for. My first pair of Brooks.

I’ve been wearing brooks adrenaline for many years. The 24s are much more narrow than past years. Returned and luckily found some 23s online.

The new generation of Adrenaline wide size is a half inch narrower than the older ones I am wearing now. I used a tape measure to determine and can’t for the life of me figure out why they would make such a moronic change. They are supremely comfortable otherwise. If you are between a medium and wide fit it may still work for you but if you are a true wide, you might be disappointed.

I love the redesigned toe box. The fit is so much better for my foot.

The toe box was too wide for my narrow foot.

I was worried about the back of the shoe being too low but they actually feel very secure! I love the extra padding in the tongue and arch. Definitely an improvement over the previous Adrenaline’s I had last year.
