I love these shoes. They are supportive, comfortable and I love the way they look.

I absolutely adore my experience flows. They're so cushiony and supportive but incredibly light weight. I have wide and flat feet and these huh enough to provide support but do not pinch or cause hot spots. I would recommend to anyone for a mid- long distance shoe for training.

I have no doubt that these shoes will be super comfy when my new pair of laces come from [Big Online Retailer] but the laces that came with the shoes are pretty small for a bow + double knot and waaaaay too small for a heel locked bow + double knot. Went out for the run anyways and it was pretty uncomfortable with how tightly I had to tie to make the laces work, but like I said, I'm sure they will be a dream once I get new laces! The feel of the shoe itself was light, responsive, and supportive where it matters! I'm looking forward to long runs in these.

I am a nurse and work 12 hours shifts, so I need shoes that are super comfy. I had the paradigm 6 before these, but I wanted something with a little less padding. I went to a local running store and tried these on and was immediately hooked. With both pairs of Altras that I've owned I have had to order a half size bigger than any other sneakers I've bought, but this was explained to me by the shoe shop I bought my first pair from, so I knew right out of the gate to order an 8 instead of a 7.5. I also wear these shoes at the gym, and just as an everyday sneaker. They're so comfy, and so durable.. seriously you can't go wrong with Altras. I do recommend that if you haven't ever worn them to find a local retailer and go try on some different styles to figure out which one will suit your needs. Once you do that, you're set.

I love these shoes. With a history of bunions and hammertoe in my family, it is imperative that I find shoes with wide toe boxes to help prevent both. These shoes are phenomenal. They are so comfortable and even with bad feet and bone spurs, I can walk all day in these. Thank you Altra for making phenomenal shoes!

I wear these for road and gym walking and they feel very comfortable and stable

I didn't have high expectations for this shoe but decided to give it a try. First run, I was sold! Perfect amount of cushion and great bounce/responsiveness without being too stiff. Love the rocker- a smooth fun ride! Toe box is perfectly wide for me. Ordering another pair soon!

I use the product daily for walking

I just started jogging, I had such horrible foot pain, until I started wearing Altras! I am now comfortable and am able to up my game so much! I've now purchased 2 pairs.

Went into fleet feet to get new shoes and wanted to try out Altra. Got some new inserts with the shoes and holy moly, not only has it helped my peroneal tendonitis but NO MORE FEET PAIN!!

I'll never wear anything else! I am a new runner and was recommended these at FF when I started training for the NYC marathon this summer. They were a dream through training! I had different shoes for race day but made a game time decision to race in these instead. Didn't get a single blister and exceeded my expectations! I have a wide foot and they fit perfectly! Can't wait to try the carbon plated ones!

First time wearing Altras and I am surprised they look so good on the feet and are so comfortable for running . I thought I would loose the heel support that I had on my previous running shoes but it actually is more comfortable than my Brooks. I need the wide toe box to help with plantar fasciitis, and I think this shoe will help me keep running!

About 100 miles in on these and loving them. Excellent combination of cushion and responsiveness that works for most road runs. Have not yet tested beyond half marathon distance.

Great gym shoe for treadmill or cardio workouts! Comfortable enough for all day wear. The 4mm toe drop is extremely comfortable to wear.

I love these shoes. I'm happy that Altra started making some shoes with a higher stack and not a 0 drop. I tried Altra a few years ago and gave them away because they didn't have enough cushion. I have been wearing Hoka Cliftons for years and always said if Hoka and Altra were to marry it would be the perfect shoe. The Experience Flow is that shoe. Thank you.

I live in this shoe. Use it for walking, hiking, standing. I felt guilty that my shoes were so much more comfortable than my husband's that I ordered a pair for him when I got a second pair in another color for myself.

I wear these with khakis to work, with jeans on the weekends, and with exercise gear (outdoor walking, light hiking, gym, elliptical, etc.) and never get tired of them! I wear them with athletic compression socks for extended standing or traveling. They're my favorite shoes!

Walking and hiking

I have arthritis in my feet and these shoes have been a blessing with the free tongue there is no pressure on the top of my foot! I walk at least 2 miles a day with my dog and these have made that walk so much easier! I've also got compliments on the look and color.

I have such a HARD time finding running shoes that fit right (bunion, low arch, prone to shin splints) but these are amazing... I feel supported with the firmer foam and there is just enough room at the forefoot. I've tried the Paradigm 7 and the Torin and both felt a bit too snug for my bunion. These just feel like a true running shoes if that makes sense! And the 4mm drop help in my case as well. They're nimble, light and contour my feet perfectly. I first gave them a try because I thought they were gorgeous (especially the blue ones!) and I'm so happy I did!

I like the 4mm heel since I had suffered from plantar fasciitis, so my heel feels much more comfortable in this shoe. As a bonus, the forward motion gives me more energy as I walk and do short sprints. The toe box is just right and the design is sporty.

I am really liking these 4mm drop Altras. I love the wider toe box without being zero drop. I use a half size up in Altra from other brands I wear due to the shape and my toe length.
